1. Proximity to the airport 10/10 2. The beauty and cleanliness of the premise 10/10 3. Staff very nice and ready to help 10/10 3. Super clean room with full set of toiletries 10/10 4. Low rise building, more sprawled out over an area rather than high 10/10 The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill. However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that ***y of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work. It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always. ***y of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did ***age to cater to all the guests. We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped. Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

Great people are the cornerstone of any success, and Radisson Grt thrives because of its exceptional team. Under the exemplary leadership of Mr. Subhasish, everyone on the team ensures guests' comfort throughout their stay. While I can't single out individuals because each team member is fantastic, the housekeeping team deserves a special mention. They surprised me by customizing the pillow covers with my name. The food here is outstanding. Kudos to the duty ***agers, transportation team, and chauffeurs who handle airport transfers. An excellent team, a superb hotel, and incredible food make for an unforgettable experience.

Amazing staff. Great service. Amazing ambience The staff provided exceptional service, which was on time . The hotel is an experience that one must sure visit. Rooms very very neat and clean and the entire hotel is automated. You will feel good once you come here Jer***us and Alex are amazing hotel staff members providing great service.

The room was fantastic & peaceful and I had the best help from Krishnathwani & Dhanesh thank you so much, the food at the restaurants was fantastic I will make sure I book here again on my next visit to Chennai , there was a small mix up on the room to start with but all was sorted out very quickly so I was not left disappointed

Great experience with good quality of services and hospitality specially Radisson executive Sushree who guided us the entire process with ease of patience and look around the property and help us to settle around it. Would recommend it others travellers

Rajesh room cleaner was great! He used to clean and tidy my room nicely. Breakfast was a bit boring as not much choices there, after 3 days got bored to eat. Generally hotel and staff are fine. Wish there was a bath tub but rooms with bathtub are very expensive.
