I was asked for GST invoice the receptionist are not responding to my calls…very poor hospitalities in dining area with the women worked there in the morning

Be warned - full of locals and inter-state travellers. The hotel is located close to the City Centre Mall. However, this mall does not have ***y shops. This hotel needs a massive deep cleaning and renovation. The reception staff will be nice and ask you to write a good review. Big room and but can be filthy. The swimming pool may look nice in the picture. But, pool water is filthy. They do not change the water. I regret staying one week at this hotel. Don't waste your time and money. There are plenty of better hotels around the area.

This restaurant gave a dreamy & cozy food experience with soothing tune on the background, beautiful environment, yummy food and hospitable staffs. Staffs there are very sweet. Even they served food on our plate by their hands. Thank you so much guys.

MING is the new pan Asian restaurant in Clarion Hotel, you must try food here, excellent taste and very friendly and down to earth staff ***ager Selva was exceptional. The restaurant is open from 12pm to 3pm and dinner 7pm to 11pm everyday. Cheers

Good hospitality. Very helpful , efficient and courteous staff . The room is clean and stylish . I loved the contemporary look . Food is delicious . The restaurant staff was attentive and efficient . The reception team was welcoming , helpful and professional. The names that comes to my mind from the reception is Nafil , Abhay and Sherif . Dipankar Pal from the restaurant and other staffs are very efficient and courteous . Overall , excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, what else do you need ? Will definitely prefer this hotel in Chennai.
