This hotel is worst experience, I have ever had in my past 14-years of travel journey. I checked-in on 3rd June 2023, after going to room the person calls and asks for Voucher ID of MMT. I told him give me 2-mins, I think I have an error in my booking, let me freshen up. The reception named pannari (I am wrong in spelling his name), he tells me I am creating a second booking and you can do direct payment. I said let me check, within 2-mins I called him saying my booking is correct and I am sending the booking voucher. He denys and says, I created new booking you pay directly to hotel, else i will keep your luggage outside. I had already paid for the booking to Make my trip, called those guys and told the entire story. They spoke to reception person, he argued with them and became so ferosius on me came out from his desk as if he will beat me. I told him I will call police, he said you call anyone i dong care. The ***ager of the hotel kept sleeping in the basement office, didn't even come up to help sort the issue. Later make my trip agreed for my reimbursement and i paid to hotel directly. Point is this hotel is a risk to a business travel and doesn't know H of Hospitality at all. They shout on there guest. Never risk your life with such properties. Thanks, Lazley Paul.
