neaty mainatained
lifts shold have been in the middle of each floor rather than at the end
north indian restarant is worth a try
breakfast sready is good but go early to get good attenton
some rooms are modified which are very good
others are old styled wooden flooring which smells

The check in was extremely nice where the manager was also there. I had a nice small chat with her. She and her staff gave me a warm check in. I went to the room and it was tidy and beautiful. I immediately got about to work and then went down to eat. The food buffet was great. I really liked their biriyani, prawns and Chinese fares. Went up. Slept like a baby. In the morning I had an emergency which the front desk officer, Merly and her assistant helped me instantly. I love coming to Chennai but I will always come back to Welcomhotel for their hospitality from next time.

It was a great family stay for us. We were welcomed warmly at the reception. Checkin was really Hassel free. We were 4 pax n booked delux room. So receptionist proactively promoted us to superior room. Room was excellent and staff is very polite and supportive. Breakfast menu is very good and quality of food is awesome. One should try Mendu vada here.. So delicious. Chef personally meet guest and check for the test. Overall, one of the best stay I have ever had. Thanks Welcome team for making our stay memorable.

I was mesmerised with hotel and their staff. Checkin was very smooth. I have amazing food. Hotel staff is very polite & very generous ♥️. We met GM Ms. Prabhu, she has taken care of everything very well. I am very glad that I chose this amazing place for my staycation.

Me and my husband visited this property recently, the Ambience of the hotel is totally mesmerizing, lobby was really comfortable and Ms. Shakshi's warm service make it more satisfying and her smile really makes our stay more enjoying. Overall it's really a very memorable visit. Thank you soo much dear @shakshi we would love to see you again soon. All the staff are aslo really helpful at the time of needs. Thank you everyone, see you again.

Lobby was beautiful..restaurant took neat & compact..top notch. Awesome interiors..quite place..looks spacious ...post renovation.. Neat structured & interior lighting are quite cozy.. Will plan for some family function soon or in the near future

We booked through their iTC website and the room was too small. We booked for a week and the receptionist lady was too rude and told that she can nor do any thing since we booked through their ITC website. She inforemed that if we wanted to cancel the booking also she can not cancel from reception to get refund of the reservation and asked us to contact through website. It was a very different and bad experience for us on the first day since we already paid for a week through their site. Ezcept food , nothing was great in this hotel . To our dismay , for an enquiry about availability of a room , receptionist told she is unable to check immediately and need to contact some other team . Even though they mentioned about 24 hours availability of gym, morning we had to request and wait for them to open the gym. Food quality was good but there were not enough servers . chef premkumar was great with his menu and taste of pongal was great. Chandan from house keeping also was very good . Keith , server was good . The receptionist was asking us that after contacting the website we need to cancel the reservation, first impression was bad for us. We moved to another great hotel and their service was excellent .

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and they provide great service. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Would definitely recommend to friends. 24 hours in room dining is also useful while travelling with kids. Proximity to US consulate is a plus.

We had our College Farewell in this hotel, the banquet Hall was astonishing ambience was marvelous and the food was the cherry on the top. Thanks to Chef Prem Kumar for making this event possible in this particular venue and giving us a memorable night to remember for the rest of our lives.
