Need owner or senior ***agement to revert in regards to complain against the care taker Mr. Mahesh who misbehaved and threatened when we told him about the AC water leaking. He asked us to pay in advance at night 9.00 pm. We have the phone recording of the conversation where he is threatening. They are charging for the location apart from that no service in this so called service apartment

Very friendly staff, clean spacious and neat rooms, AC water heater small locker were provided. Complimentary breakfast. Prime location near KMC hospital (kauvery medical center) and Anjaneya temple in alwarpet. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and highly appreciate all the help staff extended to us.
