我是看網上好評才選的這家酒店，結果失望至極！首先：我沒有看到歡迎水果，床上也沒有糖果牛奶熊貓玩具，就兩瓶礦泉水！其次：房間衞生堪憂，洗漱台上的陳年水漬，櫃子上有灰塵，地毯臟得下不去腳！房間小得可憐轉身都能撞到，廁所和浴室不能同時開門會撞到，而且特別小開門後衹能一個人側身進去，設計太雞肋！四百多的房費連早餐都沒有，真的不如去住如家這種快捷酒店，説酒店服務好的，我並沒有感受到，前台不管是辦入住和退房全程坐着沒起身，我帶着孩子拿兩個行李箱全程也沒有人幫忙一下，説有宵夜也沒看到！這個酒店唯一的優點就是離寬窄巷子近，好評懷疑是找人刷的吧，反正不會再去，還好就住一天，懶得較真了，大家擦亮眼睛吧！

酒店設施有點舊啦，前台辦理入住太慢了，我們是晚上快十點到的酒店，其中有一個房間的房卡還打不開門，辛好隔壁房間有一起的朋友，又打的電話給前台送房卡上來，位置確實還不錯，距離地鐵口和寬窄巷都很近，一共訂了幾個房間，衹有其中一個房間床上放了幾顆糖，紙巾，眼罩，其他房間撒也沒有，有種區別對待的感覺，朋友晚上想燙衣服，聯繫前台後，告知晚上沒有人熨燙，明天早上幫忙熨，結果第二天還是沒人來熨，衹能將就着穿了！

房間好，位置好，出行非常方便，去杜甫草堂，武侯祠，錦裏，寬窄巷子就在酒店對面離地鐵站也近，另外。了，周邊吃的也很多。房間很乾凈，用品一應俱全，床品親膚舒適，床墊軟硬適中，性價比超高的!另外，要特別的表揚前台服務好，對每個人都非常温柔熱情同時房間衞生都是深度清理。下次去成都還要住這裏。
🚗 交通：離地鐵2號線就50m……出行很方便，前台的工作人員不懂得他們會一一解答

Didnt manage to take photos of the room. But the overall experience was good, they upgraded my room with no additional charges. However the floor of the shower room was sticky but i have no idea. Probably need to improve.

I extended one more night as the overall rate is cheaper based on hourly extension cny168 per hour due to late night train to Lhasa 9pm. The staff working night shift communicate in English probably translate and very alert in replies . For foreigners if having WeChat to communicate in English then no issue to stay this hotel. At front desk , Mandarin as main language is preferred. I attached the exterior surrounding of the hotel

Great location, Clean room and Nice breakfast 😍
Very comfortable bed and blanket.
The price is afforadble.
Very convenient to walk from the hotel to Tonghuimen station and Kuanzhai alley street.
