Mozhu Wisdom Hotel(Chengdu Taikoo Li Store)

Good location and rooms with comfortable size but that’s all. Cleaning could be improved in bathroom area with remaining hair. No information about breakfast or pool given. Reception not capable to communicate in English and rather just the minimum during check in and out…

The hotel does not look like a hotel from the outside but inside it is just like the photos. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and neat. Everything in the room worked however I could not figure out the air conditioning and it got quite warm at night. The hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely and worth the price. The only thing I did not enjoy was being woken up before 8am to have breakfast delivered. At check in they told us that breakfast will be served on the fifth floor so I was very surprised to have them ring the bell so early. The breakfast was not western, it was simply spaghetti with black pepper sauce and a fried egg served with a glass of milk. My husbands breakfast was a hot dog and a fried egg with a cup of coffee. Overall the breakfast was not good. I would recommend staying at the hotel as it is comfortable and very close to tai koo li.

Location is nice, directly Oppositite of a food street and Shopping mall. Cleanines of rooms are ok, but saw cockroaches in front of our room. The pool looks a bit Messe and should be cleaned more regularly (we did not use it because of a lot of dead flies)

Great team and great location. We enjoyed our stay and the team as doing his best to assist us and accommodate all our needs.

The hotel location is very good. Just few minutes walk to Chunxi Road, IFS and all branded stores are across the road, Chunxi metro is just 2 mjnutes walk. The hotel is surrounded by Restaurants. We stayed in Family deluxe room with big movie screen, tatami. The room size is big. I will surely come back to this hotel again next time.

Very good location. Just opposite of IFS. Walking distance to Taikoo Li and Chunxi. Very AI hotel. Mostly automated - unique experience in such accommodation. Staff services was great! No complains about this property!

On our 2nd night, toilet bidet spoil. Wechat with the hotel late at night and they sent someone to fix the next day. As the part was not available, they help us changed to a new room. Very happy with the prompt response from the hotel and my girl also enjoy the big outdoor mini hot tub. And the hotel location is very good. Walking distance to subway, food n shopping n massage.

The hotel has amazing location, located within the convenient Chunxi Road / IFS Mall (which has the famous crawling panda on the mall building). The whole pedestrian shopping street area and Taikoo Li is just a 1 min walk away. The only downside is the cleanliness of the hotel - could be improved.

Wonderful trip with Mozhu. Very good service, friendly and prompt response with whatever needs required. It is very convenient as it is located at the center of the town. Walking distance to access malls. Full of local street foods which I love so much, will come back again when I visit Chengdu.
