To be honest with you that, one of the excellent customer service I had ever had in Chengdu, China. From reception, the Managers Name Ms Sz Hua, her all colleagues Hui Wen, Young Buy with very gentle and all of the reception staff excellent. Non of them had ang bad attitude. All of the staff in this hotel very, very, very excellent. Will recommend 1000% Percentage to any traveller to this particular Hotel in Chengdu.
One of the best, no words to Compare.
Will always will come to stay in This excellent Hotel.
From Managers to all the staff excellent customer service, polite, gentle and warm.

Check in time was supposed to be be 2pm but I was only able to check in at 4pm because the counter staff, 司画, rudely explained that the previous guest requested for a late checkout and she couldn’t chase the guest out of the room and hence I had to suffer a late check in as a result. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Totally unacceptable.

Great stay. Great amenities, close to park, lovely staff and nice and clean. Do beware that during May 2023 they are building the subway close by so you may hear it early on weekdays.
Will definitely come again!

The staff was friendly even though none of them spoke English. They gave us tea and checked us in with no problem. The room was clean and nice. The location is very close to the Kuanzhai alley and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.
