The hotel is near MRT station and great customer service. Provide self service tea station at the lobby. Nearby the hotel have supermarkets and many restaurants.

Service wasn’t that great. The hotel smelt really high of smoke, even in the non-smoking room. Once the vent was on, the smoke smell was coming in so we had to shut off the vent. Location was good, took only 5 minutes to get to our destination.

設施：很差 老破小 隔音太差
衞生：一般 噴頭很臟 床品很差 下水道反味
環境：臨街 很吵
服務：態度惡劣 根本不解決問題 因為是臨街的房間，辦理入住的時候特意詢問了前台房間是否吵 前台答覆我説雙層玻璃 隔音好 結果到晚上發現外面的窗户是玻璃牆 設施老舊都銹死了根本關不上 裏面的窗户很薄 打電話給前台 哼唧半天也不解決 ，態度惡劣，説話很刻薄，沒有歉意還提前掛斷電話，後來上來一個大叔也關不上，衹能湊合一晚。此酒店有損攜程網的品牌建議攜程網取消此酒店的合作協議

忘記拍照片了，説一下住宿感受吧
我們住的是6樓，6樓沒有地暖，但是空調挺熱
早餐挺豐富，有雞蛋，牛奶，酸奶，腸，豆漿，麪包，麪條，粥，炒菜，蔬菜沙拉，水果，還是挺豐富的
前台的服務人員挺好的，衹要有問題都給解決
交通也很方便，地鐵出來很近，這點很重要

房型不錯，適合一家三口帶孩子旅行，整體還可以，離地鐵口很近，公共交通出行方便，隔音也還可以，但是衞生還有待提高，一樓看見老鼠，可能是要燒水的原因，晚上洗澡水不熱，成都是夜生活城市，幾乎都是十一點十二點回去洗澡，十點以後水就不熱，這點不好，客房衞生還可以。

強烈譴責：住酒店竟然沒有熱水沖澡 ！！而且是入住三天都沒有熱水 第一天入住的時候 商家和我們説水泵故障 正在維修，第二天説修好了，要等半小時後可以洗 結果等到夜裡十二點水還是涼的，根本無法洗澡，第三天才和我們説是用水量太大了，水温上不來的原因導致。酒店房間數是固定的，熱水系統供不上就要提前改進，不要把原因怪在顧客身上！我家孩子第一天入住的時候不知道水温，沖了涼水澡，夜裡就咳嗽了，氣憤！！

前台的態度還是很可取的，諮詢問題或者需要幫助都很周到。房間衞生一般，床單有污漬，自帶隔臟被套就顯得很有必要。熱水到了晚上11點後不穩定，空調設定跟實際温度不符。也不知道房間是否能單獨控制冷熱
