Older hotel but a clean room. Very convenient for a short stay. Friendly staff.

The location is goods as it is near the MRT station Dong Zhi Kuo. However, the room can feel the dust as not every part is being clean. Strain found on the towel. Since Covid, the room no small fridge, no spray gun on the toilet as compare to other Asia countries hotel toilet. Wifi is not working for overseas customer mobile phone, totally cannot use the free wifi. Goods is downstairs a lot of foods to eat.

床上衞生就看圖吧，成都二十八九度的天氣，房間空調製冷都運轉不起來。晚上下的飛機就直接辦理了入住，到酒店大概十一二點，前台的態度是真差説話又沖，拉着臉好像欠了她幾百萬似的。

這家酒店離歡樂谷很近，出門交通也方便，為了去歡樂谷特意選的這家店。到酒店的時候前台小姐姐很熱情也很有禮貌，很快就給我們辦理好了入住，房間很大衞生也打掃的很乾凈，還有一個很大的落地窗非常喜歡。感覺房間空調效果太好了點，睡到半夜熱的睡不着，最後把空調給關了才睡著了。如果下次再來成都玩的話還會選擇這家店。

朋友親戚來成都 我都安排住維也納，以往各方面都覺得很好，但這次朋友來成都 我們想定一個套房 方便幾家人一起擺龍門陣。但其他大床房又想安排和套房在一層樓，所以在回成都的路上 我就先電話詢問有沒有在一層樓。結果説讓我下單了後查詢，我下單後又去電問了問，前台服務員又説查不到 要辦理入住才能查，這個過程中服務員態度極差，口吻離譜，我和老公還在開玩笑説今天對方心情不太好。但對於他們這種前後不一的答覆也都不想追究，畢竟已經下單了。
結果更離譜的是 我下單分別填了入住人的名字，最後辦理入住時，三個房間的入住人是兩個兩口子，一個單身。人家兩口子都是把身份證一起遞給服務員，每家人還隔了不到一分鐘的樣子分開遞給她的，結果最後開出來了的房間，把人家兩口子分開了，和單身的開在了一起。對於這種失誤操作 想着朋友在 大家還以玩笑的形式説過了，也就沒追究
讓我最不爽的是 服務員把房卡遞給我們時咿咿呀呀説了句“電梯前方左轉”，我問了兩遍什麼，因為我們幾個確實沒聽清，在這個過程中她都沒有抬頭看過我們，所以我也看不到他的嘴型。
最後我實在壓不住説了句，你能抬頭看着我們説話嗎？説的是什麼？前台眼鏡小妹才抬頭説了句“不好意思 電梯前面左轉” 就説這句話的時候 也是抬起了頭 但全稱沒有看着我們
服務行業我覺得客人與服務人員都是互相尊重，也沒提更高的要求，但説話之間最起碼的看人交流就是基本尊重，但就連這個也做不到 對服務人員太失望。

一直很喜歡維也納酒店的服務設施和環境，這次入住本酒店體驗感很不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，晚上落地窗外夜景很美，服務設施齊全，服務員很熱情，退房還幫忙拿行李，五星好評！

這是我住過最好的酒店 服務員一看就是經過培訓的 做衞生很仔細 像在家裡的感覺 環境也還不錯 設施設備也蠻好的 期待下一次入住 你值得擁有
