De kamer is erg groot, het vervoer is handig en de service is responsief! De kamerfaciliteiten zijn relatief compleet en geschikt voor gezinsreizen!

Conveniently located near metro line 1 and easily accessible to the Tian Fu airport. The hotel is connected to the Raffle City mall, a bonus if you like shopping or want to grab a quick bite to eat. We love this hotel and have stayed there twice this year. This hotel is very clean and comfortable and the service staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Ascott Chengdu. The room was clean and well equipped. Special thanks to Lisa at front office who was very helpful, kind and friendly. She answered our questions attentively and gave us the needed help. Raffles City Mall below us is full of restaurants and shops. We only hope that the location could be closer to Chunxi Road.

Excellent services when we checked in 9Mar in the evening at about 9.30pm. The 2 lovely ladies on duty provided great help to ensure that our trip to jiizhaigou the next day went smoothly without glitches. They assisted us to ensure the payment to agent done without hassle due to no local number. At the same time, the communication to the agent gives us peace of mind when arranging for transport the next day. Count yourself blessed to have employees like them.

Hotel is very spacious, bfast is nice and cheap when u book together with the room. In the middle of our trip, we went to other places and when we returned, they gave us the same room when we check out, very good services!!!

Ascott Raffles Chengdu is conveniently located from various tourist attractions. Our stay was lovely. They also upgraded us from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment and it was absolutely lovely. They even went to the extend of preparing a surprise cake for my husband as it was his birthday. I would greatly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Chengdu for a holiday. Cheers to the good service throughout the whole stay.
