I was blanked by the receptionist when we arrived. Very rude. As the person booking the hotel room I would especially not expect to be treated as though I were invisible.
The room was very nice, but the toilet wouldn't flush. Reception didn't seem to understand when I explained this to them. If he did understand, then I would have expected an apology for the inconvenience, which was not forthcoming..
Nice to have coffee in the room here. My son told me he was brought milk (without asking), but I wasn't 😞

酒店在成都市中心，地理位置方便，出酒店就有4號線，房間舒適清潔。前台小秦非常熱心，還邀請參加大堂的幸運大轉盤活動，很開心，辦理入住手續也很快速專業，GSM 楊經理服務比較貼心到位，還介紹了酒店附近的美食。全家親子游特別適合這家酒店，有親子房間可以選擇，離店的時候還贈送了伴手禮，十分開心！

酒店位於中心商圈，離地鐵站很近，步行幾分鐘就到地鐵口了。房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，特別是前台的小李，辦入住參加抽獎活動，還熱情的介紹了酒店附近的火鍋店，客房服務員送東西都很及時，態度也非常好。

獨自旅行，為了安全，特意找了間四星🌟酒店。首先酒店地理位置特別好，步行就可以到達文殊院，太古裏，春熙路。去武侯祠，杜甫草堂，九眼橋，交通也很便利。第一天入住的房間，衞生間使用的浴缸，我覺得不太方便，和前台提出可不可以換一間，淋浴會更方便些，前台很體貼，給我免費升級了房間。扭傷了腳踝，前台給準備了雲南白葯，退房的時候，去歸還葯品，前台小姐姐真的是細心，詢問我腳踝有沒有好一些，怕我不方便，特意讓我把雲南白葯帶着，真的好暖心🥰。而且很喜歡酒店的咖啡☕️杯具，簡約精緻。平時也衹喝黑咖啡，酒店提供的咖啡也是黑咖，伴侶，砂糖，都是獨立包裝的，好喜歡。還有還有，第一天入住是從九寨溝回來很晚了，酒店還有精緻宵夜，沒有讓疲憊的自己餓肚子，真的很贊。住宿體驗感特別好。遺憾的是沒有體會到酒店提供的下午茶服務。☕️

之前住過這個酒店，當時住住樓，這次換住對面套間，入住服務真的很nice，房間打掃也比較乾淨，雖然是老酒店設施略微有些陳舊，但是服務真的很貼心 還送了三國的書簽，前台小姐姐尤其表揚，解決了我很多問題，下次要再去成都還會選擇這間酒店
