The staff at the hotel were very accommodating, from the checkin through to checkout.
I made use of the lounge to relax of evening and whilst in there the staff really took good care of me.
Should I be in Chengdu, this will be hotel of choice.
It is well located for the metro, which makes it easy to get just about anywhere in Chengdu.

酒店客户關懷團隊服務很好，Krystal還幫忙升級了房，並送了早餐。酒店雖然有些年份，設施保養還是比較好，西樓看情況應該有翻新的。地鐵18號線世紀城F口，出站十幾分鍾就到了。洗手間乾濕分離，清潔情況不錯。衹是洗髮水和沐浴露是自有品牌，有些掉分。早餐普普通通吧，該有的都有，擔擔麪很好吃，麪檔的阿姨很友善。

孩子是奧特曼迷，翻遍了小紅書，終於在成都找到了奧特曼主題房，孩子非常喜歡
服務：特別要誇一下Annie魯經理，服務非常用心，走的時候知道我們是來看熊貓的，還特意給孩子送了一衹熊貓🐼

房間很棒，沒有味道而且很乾凈。客房經理魯怡萌還給我們增加了早餐。早餐很不錯，有中式和西式，還有適合我們的清淡飲食。這幾天會展就在酒店對面很方便。要去城裡坐地鐵也不遠。

前台小哥哥Lan貼心服務幫我們安排高樓層房間，休息的很不錯，選擇這家酒店離雙流機場很近，早上去機場很方便，不錯的一次入住體驗，下次來成都還會作為首選

房間很乾凈，還有水果和餅乾，參加會議特別方便。客房服務比較完善，服務人員也很熱情周到，尤其是客户關係副經理萬湘，會提前詢問入住要求，總之是一次滿意的住宿經歷。
