本人沒有給過酒店差評，但是本次一定要給！
早上酒店早餐，擔擔麪的肉醬裏有石頭，根本分辨不出來，吃的時候牙齒吃到異物掉了一小塊，因為趕高鐵，就第一時間聯繫了值班經理（紅衣服），
後來網上找了攜程，反饋關鍵是有點店大欺客，初步給到反饋是送兩個熊貓玩偶，嘲諷人？（火氣直接上來）
那客人也可以自己找關係走法律和程序：
①酒店反饋以後加強監管，認可食品有異物，但是給到酒店給到的方案是酒店給八折！不合理。
②牙齒的事情可以先不談，請先處理好第一個！
本來是想合理的解決，但是店家第一次的反饋。堅定了我的態度，我也聯繫了我的律師，資料也已經收集好，請大家吃麪的時候小心，因為我永遠相信冰山一角。

按照模板來個個人的評價，首先是顛覆了我對喜來登的印象，原本預訂兩天，住了一晚後趕緊跑了。
衞生，表面沒看出有什麼問題，但是作為高層（20+），晚上還有好幾衹蚊子，倒是顛覆了我的認知；
環境，大門封路裝修，這個是臨時性的不作為差評因素；房間小，窗户太小，樓層低，感覺很壓抑很難受；
設施，電話按鍵壞了，也沒地方告知0居然是打給總枱電話；
服務，我不關注服務，但是丟失東西之後給酒店打了幾個電話，也沒有主動給我及時反饋。
好評也有，離市區各景點都比較近。
最後，物品落在房間（100%確定），退房離店後物品就找不到了，這個先看酒店查找和處理情況後追評。

如果一定要寫個評價，我想説這酒店很一般吧…定的豪華大床房688，和商務套房相差幾十塊錢，前台説給我免費升級，本來還很感謝，結果升級到很高的樓層一進去就特別悶，滿滿的甲醛味，原來是因為翻新裝修後讓客户多去住一下吸甲醛味道的吧…

平心而論整體很一般，比上海同等的喜來登希爾頓差一個級別，應該有些年代了。預訂的行政豪華大床房辦理入住的時候，前台説了句幫我升級了房型，但是到了房間後並沒有還是原房型，這點印象很不好感覺沒有信譽。
酒店位置一般出門去太古裏需要打車，周邊吃的也不多，早餐一般般

I hope hotel are doing well. I am writing this letter of thanks to thanking you for golden key travel consultation services whice is shirly. Me with my family visited sheraton hotel a week ago and were very pleased with Shirly hospitality. Given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. And we received complimentary fruit. My sister was very pleased with the room's interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted.
I want to thank you once again for your hotel services and wish you the best of luck in your business.

Extremely clean hotel, and facilities was updated. Less than 2 minute walk to one of the central train lines. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu.

This is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Everything is good except the design and construction quality. It’s more like a 4 star facility

Well located hotel with convenient and clean room. The sauna and pool were closed despite these services being shown in the booking.
