The lobby doesn’t feel like you’d expect a Hyatt to feel, but as soon as you get upstairs to your room you feel right at home, literally seeing as you have a huge couch, kitchen, and comfy bed. The breakfast was as good as I’ve had in China. Nothing special but they had all the selections I would hope for as a foreigner. They also left a sanitation sticker on the crease of the door to show no one had been in the room since it was sanitized which was a nice touch. Two thumbs up!

這次五一和朋友回成都玩，四人出行，選了在高新的凱悦嘉寓酒店，酒店的兩居室套間真的太適合我們了。
這是我們第一次住嘉寓。房間很大，兩室兩衞，一間大床一間雙床。很大的LDK區域，客廳特別適合我們一起看電視玩遊戲，餐廳區域吧枱也很大，吃點東西很方便。廚房裡有大冰箱、洗碗機、廚具餐具都很齊全。
特別值得説的是，這次我們有朋友在出發前腳扭傷，和酒店溝通後酒店立馬幫我們準備了輪椅，極大緩解了我們出行壓力。Nina和Coral非常熱心，看到我們就問是否有需要幫助的。非常感謝！

這次出差帶着父母一起，所以定了凱悦嘉寓的兩居室套房，房間很大，位置也很好，離地鐵站很近，周邊有仁和春天，距離交子金融中心也不遠，酒店大堂可以自助打印很方便差旅人士，早餐豐富很好吃，總之父母很滿意

非常好的體驗，入住的時候前台Linda熱情的接待了我們，看到有小朋友還送了小禮物，也送了小朋友的洗漱用品到房間，感到很温暖，下次會再來。

非常好，第一次住既有公寓又有酒店的品牌酒店，還含早的公寓，環境什麼的都非常高，出入方便，節假日在價格也沒有説貴的離譜，十分推薦

It’s very easy to arrange your transportation to our hotel from Shuangliu International Airport and South Railway Station, it will only cost you around 10-20 mins by car.
In response to COVID-19, we are taking multiple steps to care for your wellbeing. Precautionary measures include enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures in all guestrooms, dining outlets and public spaces in an effort to maintain a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
