房子在四河地鐵站特別近；這點挺方便的，但是房間設施衞生等很一般，廁所也不是隨便馬桶，蹲坑。不過在糖酒會期間，價格比較便宜。適合學生旅遊住，不適合商務出差住。

房東人挺好的，房間比較温馨，夜景很不錯，還是算很安靜的了，衹要隔壁不出太大聲…畢竟商用樓多少有些不隔音。離地鐵超級近1分鐘

1.密碼鎖無法反鎖，有密碼就可以進入2.房間主燈壞了，摸黑3.房間明顯有灰塵味4.晚上十一點洗澡，放了很久都沒有熱水，温涼的，問房東讓我等，放了半個小時都不行😂5.毛巾特別臟，無法使用

因為出差定的這個，離地鐵口非常的近，出行比較方便，樓下吃飯什麼的也很方便。入住很快捷，房東人也不錯，有什麼問題都會及時解決。房間裏面衞生也挺乾淨的，東西基本上都配的全了。
