今年已經住了好幾次這個酒店了，體驗是越來越差的，我理解成都有早晚高峯，但是你們酒店電梯怎麼也有早晚高峯呢，酒店一棟樓裏面和一些商户夾雜在一起，上班，下班進去個電梯還要排隊，電梯要等很久。並且電梯沒有梯控什麼人都可以上來，安全性很低，除了送外賣可以送到門口，其餘沒有什麼可取之處。上面寫的太古裏九眼橋店實際衹是蹭一下熱度並沒有在那邊，去春熙路打車十二十多分鐘，九眼橋也是十二十多分鐘。其次就是房間裏面異常潮濕，地板已經潮的發黴了，踩一下都能踩出水。睡在床上也是黏糊糊的，前台解釋説是因為成都下雨緣故，悶熱。那我也能理解。不過這個地板已經爛成這樣也不更換修復，像地板這種一般的過了很久才會爛成這樣，房間更是有一股潮濕的黴味。這個差評是給你們管理層點的，明明房間已經這樣了還不維護，大小問題不斷，沒有熱水加停電，就是有醉漢敲門。之前給前台反應前台也很熱情的問過，有什麼意見給他，跟他們説了，他們説會反映給上級，但是後面住的時候還是一些老問題。問題依舊沒有改變。這種情況衹能證明的管理層管理無能，事情根本落實不下來，以後都不會來入住這家酒店了。

其實體驗還是挺差的。到了要加價入住，預定的房間是沒有的，需要加價才能辦，且非常推薦你辦升級。房間剛進去感覺就是退房剛收拾完，衛生間感覺像是剛經歷了啥，很墨跡，紙巾還在地上。

怎麼説，本來的房間不咋好。客服給我升級一間更好的房間，屋裡乾淨整潔。床也師傅温暖柔軟，出來玩，都希望住的也好一些。所以選她家就對了

設施：酒店很新，裝修很好打車過來司機師傅都説這個酒店不錯
衞生：很乾凈 沒異味
服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐態度特別好，很熱情，表揚太陽小姐姐 很温柔 還幫我帶路
