Sophis Kaqiusha Hotel

Very good location if you want to visit the Panda Research centre i. the morning to catch the pandas out and about. also close to Chengdu Zoo. Rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable, shower has all toiletries and a nice modern look. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, also very patient dealing with foreign passport.

Small but comfortable rooms with everything you need for a short trip. Good shower. Helpful staff. A nice stay.

Spacious and clean room. Easy to get to by taking the metro. There is a mall one stop away and is also near Wenshu Monastery.

A very nice and comfortable hotel just a few hundred metres from a metro station. Staff are very friendly and the service is great. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

On the whole the hotel is as stated in the picture of the photos shown as on the website. Only plus point is that it's located very near the metro station. The front desk staff was helpful and the hotel is clean but most of the things like bed and furnitures were very old. Happy with my stay as service attitudes of the staffs were good. But feel cheated because the photos looks new and grand but it was not as it should be,

出差到成都，公司訂的這家酒店，也算是讓人眼前一亮，整潔的房間，早餐的準時供應，以及面面俱到的服務，還有交通位置的便利，都可以讓人短暫的停下來，享受一下慢節奏的成都。首先説位置，不管去春熙路，寬窄巷子，還是像我這種辦公的，一條臨近的地鐵，幾乎全面覆蓋。早上出門，也可以先去早餐廳吃了早餐再去工作，活力滿滿。即使忙了一整天晚上回到酒店，也可以換上浴袍，好好洗個熱水澡，褪去一天的疲憊。前台的服務也非常不錯，映像比較深的一次是，着急打印文稿，但奈何太晚了，周邊幾乎沒有打印店開門了，想問下前台看看哪裡還有開門的打印店，前台李柳玲真的為我排憂解難，不光幫我打印了東西，還關心我不要工作太晚。細緻入微的服務，體貼的關懷，清新的酒店環境，都可以讓人感受到這個酒店的魅力，以及成都這座城市的獨特風采。

設施：房間床品十分舒適，還有個小冰箱，來成都旅遊，買了點特產，剛好可以在裏面放一下，還能保鮮。第二天出發比較早，剛好還可以去一樓用早餐，營養豐盛，在合適不過了。 衞生：房間很乾凈，床品一看就知道每天都有更換的，乾淨衞生。 環境：來的時候大包小包的，還以為要走很遠，結果發現，酒店離地鐵就幾十米，太方便了。酒店大堂耳目一新，小清新風格，一樓用早餐也比較方便。3樓有茶館還可以喝喝茶。 服務：服務很好，一進門就聽到了温馨的招呼聲，這幾天成都降温的厲害，客房歐姐（特意問了名字）還特意給我加了床被子，十分感謝。前台小姐姐服務都一級棒，業務熟練，對周邊也十分了解，尤其任小姐，不管我問去哪裡，周邊的景點呀，都可以準確的告訴我怎麼走最方便，最便捷。是個本地通哦。
