房間味道重，相比於同一個地方的公寓來説比較差勁，熱水器是漏水的，床單被套字不是同一家酒店，床單很臟。不推薦！

服務很好，管家小美即時回覆！衞生也乾淨！開始吃火鍋，吃完火鍋，逛夜店，逛完夜店睡大覺，睡完大覺，看花花，花花沒看成看到了熊貓仔仔，下次再看花花吧！

地理位置是非常優越，就在王府井旁邊，性價比也較高，不足之處也不少，首先，入住很不方便，需要樓下登記，再上11樓拿房卡，其實完全可以提前聯繫告知辦理程序，很遺憾前台居然説聯繫不上我電話.第二，熱水器的水温40度以下，一個人洗澡熱水量都很侷促，更不要説兩個人了.第三，沙發上很多污漬，其實清洗一下也很簡單，第四，一次性拖鞋甲醛味道巨重，一次性牙刷牙膏一點點.刷一次可以，用兩次就明顯不夠了.第五，公寓樓層，晚上12點樓上還有很大動靜.不過就150的價格來説，確實比較便宜！

免費升級雙卧，請問成都有幾家？這基本上是我在成都住了那麼多酒店體驗最好的酒店了，以後來成都首選就是這裏！

一進房間就感覺房間很新很大，因為提前給前台打電話酒一個高樓層的，入住當天前台給免費升級了高空觀景房，視野極好😘😘房間打掃的也很乾凈，是我住過這麼多酒店最舒服的值得這個好評

除了這個服務其他沒得説。服務很奇怪 我搞不懂國慶結束了淡季 去任何一個公寓都給免費升級房子我住了三四個。第一次知道續住要換房….那你最開始就不要升級了。既然升級了 我也滿意 續一晚 你們也沒什麼損失。真的搞不懂 下次再也不住了。 典型的旺季抬價 淡季拉價拉客

房間很大 很舒服 ，裏面有洗衣機和冰箱，特別方便。來的時候管家很熱情周到 晚上12點多到的 還在門口等我們 處理問題速度也很快，點贊👍🏻！花了個便捷酒店的錢，享受了一個星級酒店的待遇。

總體還好 就是停車不方便 停外面不安全 停地下室太貴了7元一個小時😅公寓房環境不錯 裏面配有冰箱 洗衣機 出來旅行的話很方便 。服務也好 樓下吃飯的餐廳很多 交通還是比較便利的。軟件好了就是硬件需要提高：“空調安裝在床頭上噪音太大 ，如果不關閉根本睡不着，其次衞生間沒有防滑墊 很不安全 雖然有涼拖鞋 但是一般人不喜歡穿那種。還有就是門鎖沒有安裝防盜鏈 。”
