In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy…
The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence.
The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right.
The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza.

Great hotel! Highly recommend! Friendly English speaking staff who helped make our trip a memorable one. The breakfast is awesome! Wide variety of food, Western and Chinese, to choose from. The room we stayed in was big and clean with comfortable beds. Thank you to Echo, who checked us in and gave us one extra free breakfast. And thank you to Alan and his team for awesome service during breakfast! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Chengdu!

I returned to stay after my trip to xiling snow resort and was happy to see Manager Echo at the reception who once again upgraded me again.
The room was as large as my previous upgrade and on the level below the top floor, making the view even better than my last stay.
Breakfast was as good as can be and I brought my kids to enjoy the pool which was great.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a good rest and be pampered with great services.
Echo is the best person to speak to for advices on the choices of attractions to visit.
He could even provide details on tourist locations beyond the city realm and gives you the perfect guide to time your journey as well as relevant information on far-away tourist sites.
Thousand thanks to him as it made my holidays all the more merrier!

不知道是運氣不好還是怎麼，住了幾次皇冠感受都很差。新開的酒店，環境確實不錯。但是一進走廊一個吸塵器就橫在路上也沒人收。一個才開不久的新酒店，大夏天的空調出問題，問了前台説來修，要求換房也被告知修不好才能換。好嘛，大晚上凌晨一點陪着電工師傅修空調，我就想問問酒店管理層，我們花錢住酒店是為了陪你們工作人員修空調的嘛？
有一説一，電工師傅態度很好，到了房間就一直在説打擾，修的確實挺快，給電工師傅一個好評（服務的三顆星都是給的電工師傅）！

今天收拾行李，看到圖一這兩支棒棒糖🍭，忽
得提醒了我，千萬別把評論酒店這事兒給忘了！
因孩子中考，提前團購了這家酒店。畢竟老牌五星，軟硬件靠譜的，中考是大事～
中考前一天，先是在某網約平台預約去考場的車，誰知很不順利，被取消訂單三次，預約專車也一個多小時沒人接單…
於是打通酒店客房服務電話，請幫忙約車。羅傳祥經理聽我説了情況後，讓我稍等，他立馬去銜接、安排此事。大約不到10分鐘，羅經理就電話告知我，考慮到我們的情況特殊且重要，酒店可以安排車免費送考，並説接車師傅會提前聯繫我，約定次日7:40準時送我們。
第二天，7點30多分，李忠才師傅就給我電話説正在大門等候。因早餐時偶遇孩子同學母女2人，也要去考場，她們準備打車過去。我徵求李師傅意見，可否送我們四人一起去，李師傅爽快地答應了。
當我們一行4人來到大堂的時候，羅傳祥經理和李忠才師傅已在等候，李師傅手裡拿着兩個提袋，裝了熊貓玩偶、水、棒棒糖，説是酒店的心意，祝孩子們中考順利。（是不是太感動了？！）
李師傅非常熟悉路況，我們順利抵達了考場，我孩子是她們班第一個到的。在路上的時候，李師傅説，羅經理給他説了，第二天我們還得用車，雖然他本打算第二天輪休的，但為了中考的孩子，他決定不輪休了，第二天還送我們。
第二天，在李師傅的周全護送下，孩子們再次平安抵達了考場。
這一次入住的經歷，帶給我們非常温馨、美好、難忘的記憶…相信皇冠酒店這個品牌也潛移默化植入到了兩位中考孩子的心裏。
感謝羅傳祥經理，急客人所急，關愛中考家庭，幫助圓滿解決問題！
也感謝李忠才師傅的兩度護送，您平穩高超的駕駛技術、親切耐心的態度為中考娃帶來安心！

因為是出差半夜臨時預訂的酒店！因為是凌晨一點多，非常疲憊就想着趕緊把酒店預訂了，結果還把酒店時間訂錯了！主管green特別特別負責，一直到夜裡兩點都還再一直幫我處理問題，讓一到店就能住上，後來才看到她已經後台幫我改了時間，真的非常暖心！為皇冠集團有這樣的員工而感到羨慕！同時也為green你的服務，讓我此次的住宿感到了不一樣的昇華！
