The hotel looks very nice and location is very good. It looks clean. Everything was good, I extended my stay for 7 days. However on the last days, I got tons of bed bug bites all over my legs. I hope the hotel address this because everything else is very good given the price.

The hotel is well located and easily accessible. The building is a bit old and the amenities are average which match the price. However we were not satisfied with the cleaning :
1) our Our room had a rather bad/odd smell. A bit rotten.
2) The bathroom space was not well cleaned. The floor was dirty and there was some visible mold.
3) We had some small cockroaches in the room.
Service wise they did the bare minimum for the check in. Nobody was there for the check out (we left early but it is supposed to be a 24h/ desk).

前台服務還好。給的房間打了殺蟲藥房間味道很大，就讓換了個房間。可是換房時候有說如果我進房的時候把被子枕頭弄完了的話就不能換房間。還好我沒有在床上躺 😅。 環境可以改善，感覺
有點舊。衛生還可以。在這區裡面價格算實惠。5樓樓層感覺比較雜亂，房間有賣黃的卡片，酒店要注意一下。😅

對於百元酒店，用於過渡的角度評價。性價比很高。房間大小合適，隔音一般好在我到的晚走的早。交通方便，地鐵站出來走6分鐘左右，到文殊院很近，小於5分鐘。離春熙路騎車15分鐘，打車14塊。地鐵站出來，路上有水果店，連鎖超市，還有好幾個大排檔。讓我覺得可以改進的地方，洗澡水龍頭，要麼冷水要麼熱水，很難控制合適水温。 門下面漏光，可以稍微處理一下。

離地鐵站很近，隔壁還有個部隊，住着很有安全感。入住很方便，服務也不錯，下雨天備用的雨傘很多，值得表揚，不像有些酒店下雨雨傘一下就被借完了。晚上也很安靜，環境舒適，昨晚睡了一個美美的覺，總體來説很滿意！

401房間很新很乾凈，雖然是臨街的窗户，但是非常安靜，早上是被小鳥吵醒的，樓下是當地老小區的小街道，離酒店100米處是軍區，安全感拉滿；酒店斜對面的姐妹水果店阿姨非常和善，水果價格也很公道，粑粑柑一斤6塊錢，會幫忙挑好的水果，貓咪十分粘人！

房間感覺挺大的 ， 各種設施都有 ，有頂噴 ，旁邊就是一個部隊安全性高 ，出來就是文殊院 ，然後還贈送了小熊貓 ，特別可愛

酒店值得推薦，地理位置很好，距離景點地鐵站都衹有幾百米，室內裝修可圈可點，價位適中，下次還來！

2만원 조금 넘는 가격에 예약했는데 가격 생각하면 너무 좋았습니다. 세상 어디에서 이런 새건물 호텔을 1박에 2만원대에 잘까 싶어요
