這家店絕絕子！！！不知道為什麼評價分數不高，但是我覺得真心不錯！第一位置就在避暑山莊裏面！第二房間特別大而且硬件很好，服務也非常好！第三停車很方便。總之非常好，如果再去承德一定還住這裏！！！

實在是太差了，衞生堪憂，到處都是污漬、頭髮，銹跡斑斑，懷疑酒店設施是否有維護，下水道也是堵的，洗完澡的水下不去！

位置：按高德導航到的是避暑山莊的萬樹園門，需要再往北路西有一個行宮的指示牌，從此路口進入；
環境：整體環境很清靜，與避暑山莊隔着柵欄牆，由於疫情，酒店柵欄小門不能進衹能出，很失望，訂的時候就是覺得進出山莊方便；
設施：房間整體設施中規中矩，洗漱台有凈水龍頭，不能使用；電視劇遙控無法開關，需要手觸電視劇右下側開關；酒店隔音效果差，走廊不是地毯是地磚，晚歸的客人走路聲和説笑聲傳遞清晰，外圍環境清凈，整體來説睡覺還算清凈；
衞生：衞生打掃不細緻，枕頭上有一根頭髮，熱水壺開蓋鍵有淤泥。

衝著位置和方便進山莊去的，但酒店説他們的門現在由於疫情衹出不進了，也奔着這個去的小夥伴們避雷吧，現在進山莊一律走正門。並且因為定的特價秒殺房，所以可能服務上比較差，住了兩天，中間這天打掃衞生連地都不掃，頭天晚上打死的蟲子還在地上，香皂什麼的也都不給換新的。並不符合酒店高端大氣的名字，而且特別潮，廁所的洗手池下水也是壞的。

經常來這一家，覺得算是承德不錯的酒店，衹不過以前可以從酒店直接取到避暑山莊，傍晚的時候逛逛避暑山莊，逛累了直接回酒店，蠻愜意的，可能是疫情的原因吧，酒店到避暑山莊的快捷通道關閉了

唯一優點就是環境不錯，內部陳舊不堪，服務為零，電視屏幕都是壞的（來人看了説就是這樣），衞生都沒打掃乾淨，真心不建議居住啊！

房間間比較潮濕，櫃子發黴的味道特別大不敢開櫃門，拿一下拖鞋都被嗆到了，床也很不舒服，床墊不好，電話是壞的

環境沒説的就在避暑山莊裏面，一面柵欄牆隔開送避暑山莊門票，古色古香的中國風文人字畫很多，院子裏有養的梅花鹿，喜歡安靜優雅環境的盆友可以考慮這裏。住的一樓有點潮 介意的盆友可以定二樓的房間。一樓
