Pros:
- Helpful, responsive and friendly staff.
- Delicious restaurant ! Love their food.
- There are McD and BK nearby if you want to have fast food during the trip.
Cons:
- There was a gecko coming out from the tent in our parent child room. It went under the bed and we couldn't find it. The first night, I couldn't sleep because of afraid it would come to us. When we searched the gecko, we saw plastic and bottle under the bed. I guess they don't clean the room properly.
Conclusion :
Overall this hotel is good for us during our Chengde trip. We're happy.

We traveled with a small baby. People were very nice and helpful, even though my chinese is poor. Room was spacious and light. We asked for a bathtub and we could change room immediately. Breakfast is very simple but ok. Food in chinese hotpot restaurant is good. Location is perfect near the water and only 10 minutes walk from entrance to the imperial garden. Also nearby great coffee place and mall with shopping and restaurants.

帶家人來承德旅遊，入住這家酒店，環境很好，距離景區很近，早餐種類多，餐廳的菜做的也不錯，王佳慧經理服務特別好，幫我們把行李送到了房間，提前安排了同樓層相近的房間，推薦入住這家酒店，滿意，來承德住紫玉

帶孩子去承德遊玩，未到店酒店工作人員提前聯繫我們幫忙安排了米奇主題的親子房間，孩子很喜歡，辦理入住期間 前枱子悦小金熱情的接待了我們，還為我們介紹周邊的特色美食和景點，房間提供的免費的飲品和水果 非常貼心！

第一次來承德旅行，帶着一家開車自駕來承德。路上接到了酒店前枱子悦小姐姐的電話，詢問到店時間和入住需求。我們預訂了兩種房型，因為有長者需要照顧，前台小姐姐熱心的幫我們安排房間，酒店走路去避暑山莊挺近的，我們有特殊情況需要開車，前台工作人員一直耐心周到的像我們講述。房間乾淨整潔，床品很舒適，冰箱裏麪提前準備的飲品。周邊超市和夜市很方便，會推薦朋友過來！

酒店環境不錯，位置也很好，交通非常方便，進房間第一印象就是乾淨整潔，而且房間住起來特別舒適，前台服務員王子悦和田惠小金也特別熱情，服務特別好，一直引領到電梯口，很細心的告知早餐時間，給我們介紹房間用品，還提前幫忙準備了蕎麥皮枕頭，很棒的體驗，希望下次有機會再過來入住。

酒店位置很好，在市中心的位置，酒店的對面就是武烈河，風景很不錯，離各個景點都很近，交通也比較方便，房間的設施設備環境都很完善床品舒適，前台服務人員子悦和萱萱熱情周到，辦理入住時非常快，退房也不需要等着房卡放在前台就可以走了十分方便，整體來説是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。
