Great swimming pool and spa. Restaurant for dinner was delicious. Perfect location at the riverside to have a walk in the evening.

Good location along the river; not too far from Chengde's main attractions. Decent enough bed but lacking proper air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but what should one expect in China?

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night.
Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests.
Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too.
All in all, I would probably stay there again.

Excellent stay, the service is extremely attentive, the location is very convenient (both to major sightseeing spots and railway station). The rooms are well equipped and modern. The most delightful thing is the restaurant hotel, the cuisine is very variable and delicious. The stuff is very welcoming, we were late for lunch but they served it even out of working hours.

那麼近，那麼美，來承旅遊住長承！入住在這裏就像回到家一樣温暖！非常非常滿意！我是一個很挑剔的人，他們家我都覺得無可挑剔！會有意想不到的驚喜！首先是大堂經理王佳慧的全方位的管家式服務。我們在網上訂了3間房，還沒到酒店呢，酒店大堂經理佳慧就給我們提前打電話，告知當地氣温。告訴我們承德早晚比較涼，提醒我們多帶件外套。房間給我們安排了同樓層的相鄰房間。我們帶着長者，房間提前還做了無煙處理。入住後，還給我們送了蕎麥皮枕頭。多暖心的服務。到店辦理入住，前台小姐姐們服務也很熱情。王經理幫我們把行李送到了房間。給我們介紹了周圍景區的旅遊路線。本想着出去吃點特色，但聽佳慧經理推薦了酒店的餐廳，美食小鎮。菜做的特別棒！而且餐廳還是五鑽酒家。我們在這用的晚餐！餐廳的菜做的真的很好吃！有當地的特色！我們吃的很開心！而且價格也不貴！經濟實惠！我們用完餐去體驗了一下酒店的洗浴汗蒸！也很滿意！最主要的是酒店的位置特別好，就在山莊對面！環境也好，既遠離了城市的喧囂，又有自己特色的園林景觀和佈置！院子裏有河有水有竹子！還有桃花！非常的優雅美麗！房間裏衞生打掃的也很乾凈，窗明幾凈！住了一晚我們就退房了，退房的時候王經理把我們送到了停車場。告訴我們以後來承德隨時都可以聯繫她。像朋友和家人一樣！特別的有親和力，非常親切！這家酒店不光是硬件設施好，軟件服務更是堪稱完美！每個部門的人都有禮貌，都會微笑打招呼！長承酒店下次我們還會來入住，也謝謝佳慧的暖心服務！

從外地到承德，長承酒店給我帶來非常好的入住體驗，後續再來還會選擇這家酒店。大堂經理佳慧服務貼心又周到，到店前給我們打電話告知承德氣温。辛虧多帶了外套，要不凍慘了。感謝佳慧經理。酒店房間設計風格很具時尚感且高檔愜意。古風的庭院設計，很是優美。從前台佳慧經理，服務員金暢、艷麗到樓層所有人員訓練有素、温和可親；客房及餐廳均乾淨衞生；尤其是酒店的美食小鎮，菜做的絕對是一流。平價消費，食材新鮮。口味好。還有酒店旁邊的汗蒸，裏面的游泳館超級大。孩子很開心。自助早餐花樣繁多且有品質，長承酒店可以説是在承德行走的最佳選擇！有美食餐廳，有古風高端客房，有會議室，有汗蒸！一應俱全！應有盡有！

非常棒的一個大酒店，裝修很好！古風的庭院設計，小院裏有水有竹子！環境整潔清新。住在這裏心情都很哇塞🤩！
到店前大堂經理王佳慧便的電話提前告知承德降温了，提醒我們多帶件外套！超級暖心！天氣雖冷，但長承酒店給了飯店賓客足夠的温暖！
酒店免費停車安全又方便！早餐也特別豐盛，有羊湯！中西式自助結合！辦完入住王經理還送了我們用餐九折卡！很為客人着想。出門在外，同樣是花錢消費，這個酒店讓我覺得心裏暖暖的。吃的飽飽的出去遊玩，這種感覺很好。中餐廳的菜品超級棒，可以吃到承德正宗特色菜，價格還不貴！分量大！我們這兩天的午餐晚餐都是在酒店吃的，吃完直接上樓休息，很方便省時。晚上再去汗蒸洗個澡蒸個桑拿，解除了一天的疲憊！住在長承酒店簡直是太超值了！下次再來承德必須再次入住。也謝謝佳慧經理和艷麗金暢

酒店位置很好，門前有多路公交車經過，出行很方便，到店免費停車！房問的設施很新，整潔衞生，床上用品也很好，睡得很舒服。早餐的品種很多，食物很新鮮！美食小鎮中餐廳的菜也特別好吃，經濟實惠還不貴，口味特別正宗。我們晚上去酒店自己的汗蒸館體驗了一把。超級棒👍🏻！贊一個！大堂經理王佳慧，金暢的服務更是沒的説。特別貼心！入住前有打電話詢問到店的時間，退房後也有電話回訪，很好！這是一次很愉快的旅途。期待我們下次再見！

在網上看了點評，選擇了這家酒店。真的可以稱之為寶藏級酒店。
服務100分：我們是訂了6個標間，入住前王佳慧經理便打電話詢問需求。提醒當地氣温，房間安排了同一樓層。在電話溝通過程中，王經理得知我們還沒有訂晚餐。便給我們介紹了酒店的特色菜。並幫忙留好了晚餐包間。好貼心！酒店有自己的停車場，停車方便又安全！入住后王經理接待了我們。我辦入住的時候帶着水果，我還沒説需要果盤呢，佳慧經理便主動給我房間裏送了水果盤子。超前的服務，感謝！還給我們介紹了酒店的御德汗蒸。孩子一直説喜歡汗蒸。環境設施超級棒！很滿意！我最喜歡的是酒店餐廳裏的菜，食材特別新鮮，能品嚐到承德特色！經濟實惠！特別滿意，口味非常棒！餐廳的增值服務也很好，包間裏面免費的主題佈置很是有意境。我太喜歡了。還有前台接待人員小明，艷麗也非常熱情！我退房的時候佳慧經理還親切的詢問我入佳感受，很好，住的特別好，暖心，舒適。餐廳的菜吃的也特別滿意！
