免費停車🅿️，酒店位置距離高速公路入口挺近，方便。酒店客房温度太低，空調衹有自然風，被子冰涼。衞生間設施比較陳舊，且馬桶衞生狀況較差，有很多水漬印記。

很好很大很舒適，出差。
交通方便，很好找，房間很乾凈舒適，下次有機會的話還會去那裡酒店住宿，希望有機會再去

距離承德高鐵站很近，出行住宿方便。酒店配備餐飲、游泳館和健身房，娛樂就餐方便。整體環境不錯，服務水平很高。

整體住宿感覺十分不錯，環境衞生好，酒店設施齊全，服務人員都很熱情，最主要的是這個屋子他是真的大啊，真的很nice。

服務人員的態度非常差 想要換房間説加錢都不行 衹能降低檔次 而且降低檔次的差價人家也不給退 服務態度以及説明情況時 態度差（是一個戴眼鏡胖的一個男前台）

房間很大，前台給升級了房型，兩面都是窗户，缺點是國慶節屋內很冷。衞生間簡陋，早餐在二樓一個宴會廳，早餐很一般。沒啥吃的。距離避暑山莊10公里，樓下停車方便，酒店背後就是個小商場。超市補給方便。

從開業到今年，因公因私不知道住了多少次，推薦了N多親戚朋友到承德都是到這裏住，但這次覺得應該不會再住了。酒店不再嶄新了可以理解，樓道地毯、電梯地面都有換新，看得出來有維護付出，但房間內的硬件設施怎麼就不能修復一下呢，之前是拆了浴缸，沒關係大多數人不使用，這次連頭頂花灑也拆了，留下的小花灑不能調整上下位置，出水張牙舞爪，想拍照片的結果沒來得及。兩張床的枕頭不一樣，其中一床的枕頭兩個加起來相當於別家一個枕頭的厚度，都沒多少絨了。再説服務，辦入住的小哥哥辦手續能比劃的就絕不多説一句話，辦離店的小姐姐收房卡衹用了一個眼神，要停車券直接給我筆就説了句“寫車牌號”，停車場大爺任憑你按喇叭催促也不理，愣是低頭看夠了手機才懶懶地伸手收券。總之以前為了酒店好寧願自己多開幾十分鐘車來回市裡，以後可以省了。
