Comfortable bed with super-soft sheets. Very clean room. Pretty quiet.

The bed by the bathroom was very squeaky (loud sounds with every movement) and the bathroom door also very squeaky! Awakened by these noises every time my partner got up to the bathroom (frequently).
Bugs in the bathroom.

This hotel is gross. There was food on the floor, behind the bed with layers of dust. Fingernails on the floor by the bed. This k mold in the vent in the bathroom. The space by the fridge was filled with thick dust. Nasty! I was told that a refund wasn’t possible because I looked in three rooms to check for cleanliness. They all were filthy! I stay at a lot of hotels, this one was gross!

I stay here whenever traveling to Binghamton (3-4 times a year). The staff is always exceptional. Friendly, professional, welcoming. Price is always good, and location is easy to get to and to access activities.
My only suggestions would be attention to updating. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, and the pillows are even worse. I suggest bring your own firm pillows if possible. One other thing I find totally impressive is great water pressure and always have hot water available in sink and shower. This certainly isn't a 5 star hotel, but is clean and value ready.

Loved my stay there, I was in town for my grandfather’s funeral and this hotel was very kind to me during my 3 night stay. And let me just say the breakfast was delicious

The staff was super nice to us, but it was really an average stay. Bathroom was rundown, we didn't even use the shower (1 night stay) A lot of stain on the couch and the sheets. It does the trick for one night, but if you want to stay comfortable for more than a night, there's probably other choices.

The concierge had a great personality and upgraded us at no cost without us even asking. The complimentary breakfast had some decent options and good coffee. There's also a pizzaria next door for a convenient bite.
