Disappointed ! The hotel is off the main road on a unpaved street, if you arrive at night, like we did, almost impossible to find. The GPS coordinate on Google are wrong, when you arrive at the roundabout, look at your right and you will see a small sign and a dirt road, drive up and you will find the hotel. Reception lady friendly, but took forever to check in, room big but very basic, Internet was not working and no phone in the room. After getting to our room, 111 we discover that only one towel was there and that we had no PW for the Internet (that later we find out was not working "connected without internet"), water was cold and shower was not draining.... . No phone in the room, so I had to dress up again and walk, quite a distance to the reception..... after 5 minutes they gave us a small towel and 2 bathrobes and they told us will send someone to fix the water/shower, it is now 11 pm, and honstly i would like to sleep but.... . A repair man arrived but problem not solved! In the morning water still cold and shower not draining. Breakfast was great (at least something good) but the property, potentially great, feels a bit run down.

Wij hebben online de deluxe bungalow met uitzicht op de tuin geboekt we komen aan en krijgen een gewone kamer later werd ons beloofd dat we toch onze deluxe bungalow gingen krijgen hier is niets van waar. Plus de receptie was dicht op slot en grendel. Dus zijn we genoodzaakt om toch in de kleine kamer te slapen. Dit is schandalig !!!

Don't come here during winter time. You can frozzen There isn't heating in the bathroom and the water isn't hot! But you can find and absolutely unuseful cheminy ( without fire of course) in your room. The restaurant is not bad, but nothing special. Maybe is better in other seasons

Our stay in the hotel/ranch was a pleasant experience except we encountered some field roaches. But we cleared them. Our dressing table and porch lights were not working. It is a beautiful rustic architecture with an old charm and reminds me of a “Spanish Hacienda” with few stable and horses.

The location is fantastic, with the mountain and beautiful sunsets. But you'll need a car to visit Chefchaouen. The hotel exceeded my expectations, very clean, super spacious room and a small private terrace. It has several pools with different levels so that children feel comfortable. Breakfast was generous with many local delicacies. The staff was very friendly and attentive. At certain times of the day, the bathroom did not smell very well, probably due to the sewage system.

Friendly and welcoming service, with big apartments (fireplace included) and a home made meal. Easy access by bus makes this place an option for larger groups not willing to carry their own luggage on foot in the downtown area. Swimming pool available in the summer months

It’s quite hard to find the hotel. We had to make three turns on the roundabout to see the sign. The road was terrifing. Make sure you arrive before dusk, otherwise you will fall off the cliff.
The reception staff were uneducated. It seemed like they did not want to be there and were very unprofessional.
The rooms were not that clean. Spiderwebs in each and every corner, showertiles weren’t cleaned and you may find yourself in a room with a ramp instead of stairs (from the bathroom to the bedroom) which was very slippery and I sprained my ankle when I first arrived in the room.
Breakfast should open at 8.30am, but we had to go to the frontdesk to remind them. It was about 9am when everything was set up. Bread and local pastries weren’t fresh, tasted like they were from the day before.
All in all: won’t recommend it.
