Staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Location was close to shopping and other things we did. Only issue was the amount I paid for incidentals at check in was more than what I got at check out? My only guess is Canadian dollar went down? $207.73 at check in and $196.93 at check out. I know it’s not much but really shouldn’t be more. Thanks

Very convenient to the airport. Breakfast was good, pool was a nice perk. Room could use some TLC (very worn carpet). Good for the price.

Didn’t sleep well because the hum and the banging noises from the elevator can be heard through the walls. Tried to get a different room but was told it was booked. My bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper so I had to get more. Breakfast was decent but I wont book here again.

Clean and comfortable. Very close (across the road) to the airport. Extended stay parking available with airport shuttle was a great feature!

Front desk was attentive, very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the gym, pool, and free breakfast included were a huge plus. Perfect for my one night stay as a traveling musician.

The front desk receptionist at check in was not welcoming. She never smiled and did not explain the long term parking very well.
The bathtub in our room did not drain well AT ALL! The room was nice though and it was quiet

The airport pickup was very fast compared to some of the other hotels around the BUF area. The room was clean quiet and very nice. Breakfast buffet was awesome. I will be staying here again

No room service for food and beverage…
Breakfast just so-so
Bellhop trolleys are very bad-too difficult to maneuver…
No bellboys to help with luggages..
Carpet in the room not so very clean…
No toothbrush…
AC/Heater is ancient
