hotel lobby and halls not a/c cool , it was hot, room a/c kept cutting off, nice room, breakfast #7, ok for a night stay

Great customer service! Staff is amazing. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast. The pool is nice too.. All of the staff is very friendly. And they don’t hesitate to help when or if needed!!

View terrible, maintenance issues in room, front looked great but room was in need of repairs, and hall and breakfast area not heated

COCKROACHES COCKROACHS told the lady coming off the elevator they had COCKROACHES and her response was “ALWAYS EVERYDAY” if I wanted roaches and bed bugs I’d take myself to an hourly hotel and pay for that fine experience

I felt like we were taking a chance given some of the reviews. Happy to report we had a great night's sleep in a mostly clean room (better vacuum and prior soap bar still in the shower) and breakfast was served in a clean room with normal lodging fare. The surrounding area seemed safe for our stopover (DC to Bossier City).
The Quality Inn is in a beautiful building and great location for cross country travelers needing to stop for the night. Staff were friendly. Elevator fast and operational (buttons did not light up but still stopped on our floor).
I wrote up criticism, but they are given an excellent rating because the price was fantastic. If you get it at a great price, does not seem fair to rate it poorly. Ignore those reviews, unless items worn from use bother you dearly.
We would definitely book again, especially if the price was right. BTW, Murphy Gas and Walmart right behind them for quick items to get back on the road.

Well the room i stayed the wall needs patching. Outside of that the room was clean and presentable and also needed some lamps that were not functioning correctly.
