Geweldig verblijf! Kamer had beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden, alleen wat afstoffen dat is alles. De vrouw bij de receptie was super aardig en erg behulpzaam! Ze hebben ontbijt ingepakt, wat geweldig was! Als we terugkomen naar Chattanooga, zal dit zeker weer een verblijf voor ons zijn!

Charged my card 3 times for incidentals deposit and still haven’t returned all 3 deposits. 40 degrees outside and the air condition was on in the hallway and the room thermostat wouldn’t let me adjust the heat and when I called the front office they didn’t help. It was so cold in the building that the front desk person went outside and went to sleep next to the fire pit like a homeless person.

I made reservations for November 21-26 2023. Due to bad weather, I informed the hotel that I would have a late check and ask the receptionist to hold my reservation and was told they do not cancel reservations. When I arrived the next day, November 23 the reservations were cancelled. On November 24, house keeping came to my room to clean. I requested they come later. They never returned. I made a complaint that my room was never cleaned to front desk to get at least clean towels and trash emptied. On November 25, no service was provided as well. The room was left with dirty towels and trash not emptied the entire stay. I called the front desk to complain when I returned back to hotel Saturday night. I had to go to front desk to receive towels for my departure the next morning.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. A little wear around the edges. First room didnt have a working light bulb in the entire room. Second room was fine.

Reserved a king size bed, but upon arrival told there were no kings available, so received a queen. Very disappointed by this.

The TownePlace Suites property was a convenient and nice place to stay for my last-minute trip to Chattanooga. The location was clean, safe, and conveniently located and accessible to CHI Memorial Hospital. A nice experience.

Our room was super comfy; the bed was great! When we walked in at first, we detected a smell. While we were busy, we didn't really notice. Jowever, once the lightwere out, we reslized it was a fish smell, probably from cooking something in microwave!
