Our stay was great! The staff was so welcoming; they checked in on us any time we passed them and they’re so sweet! The rooms are so nice, quality mattress, bedding, and pillows! The entire house was super clean our entire stay. We plan on staying here again when we come to visit family moving to the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Heinsman Guest House in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was fun to stay here, it was spacious and because my daughter and her friend were running in the Erlanger marathon, it was right next to downtown so it was perfect!

The site was really clean and the other guests and staff were very friendly. It was great to be able to walk to nearby sites, including the Memorial Theater for a concert. Available coffee and snacks in the hallway added a nice touch. We wilk definitely visit again

AC was difficult to figure out and only blowing hot air so had to open a window. Other than that it was a very nice place for the price. Very clean in the rooms and bathrooms. Never saw any staff which was weird, but not a problem.

Comfy beds and quiet. Each unit doesn't have their own AC and heat so that's challenging when it's hot. I'd stay again.

The Heinsman is a very nice place place to stay. The owner is great guy. His mom, Rose now was absolutely amazing. She is fun woman and bring smiles to the room. Thank you for having us in your home. We had a great time while exploring Chattanooga this past weekend. Thank you

Bed was super hard and uncomfortable, but the heiney house was nice. Guest services was very polite and did an excellent job explaining house entry and stay information. They were ver kind and accommodating.
