An extremely clean and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We will stay here again.

This hotel was so quiet. Although close to the airport we didn’t hear the planes or other guests it was a big clean room and the staff was so nice.

The staff was rude. The smoking gauntlet you had to walk through to get to the main door. Gross!

My flight got cancelled at two different dates going in my connecting in Charlotte and then out of Charlotte 12 days later. The first night was Aug 18th. The young lady could see I’d been emotional. Just dropped my kid off at college when flight got canceled and stuck in Charlotte. She was amazing and even offered up a hug. Great service. The next morning the gentleman held my bags and I relaxed at the pool.
The night of the 29th of august we had a similar experience with travel and couldn’t get out until the next day. I knew exactly which hotel to stay in for the night. I will continue to return.
