I stayed here with my family for a three day long vacation. We LOVED it. We needed a pack n play crib for our youngest and they were very accommodating even though we checked in late! Also, they had a fantastic breakfast. Very very clean with the best views!

Big rooms, clean and great location, the restaurant at the rooftop is very nice with great food and amazing view of the uptown.

Convenient. Room was basic. A lot of empty space. No water provided. Could not stream on TV. Good breakfast buffet. Walkable to Spectrum Center. Difficult to get to hotel with one way streets.

The hotel was very clean. Service and staff were outstanding.
I was not able to adjust the thermostat. As a result, I turned it off and on to get a comfortable temperature. Except for this one thing, my stay was great.

Few minutes walking distance to the convention center, it's very convenient for us. Reasonable priced.

Overall, it was a really good stay. I was however, a bit disappointed by the valet staff. The evening staff spent too much time talking amongst themselves and not displaying a sense of urgency.
