Amazing and in walking distance of the Spectrum Center, restaurants, and nightlife. Restaurant attached to hotel had a great brunch!

The entry doors lock to this place at 11pm. The key fob for entry did not work so we had to wait in the cold for some time. There were other guest waiting as well. I booked thru 3rd party so I did not get the room I reserved. Great a**osphere otherwise for the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful giving tips for local things to do! $23 to park for the night should have been included in the room rate in my opinion.

Room reserved was not available upon arrival and had to settle for room with one bed so people had to sleep on the floor. Also HVAC fan in room was terribly noisy.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the location was ideal for our purpose, parking was very convenient, and the historic building had character and charm. The restaurant and lobby bar were nice conveniences although the restaurant menu was limited.

The property is nice. The room wasn’t ready for our 3 pm check in and we waited until 430pm to get our room. We had dinner reservations for 5 so that was cutting it too close

Our stay at the Dunhill ended up being pretty miserable because the air conditioning did not work. We were also asked to move our car to another parking deck level because of some kind of work being done. Would have been nice to know ahead of time instead of having to go back and moving it. Thirdly, we didn't have any k-cup coffee pods in our room so we asked for some and were told they would put some in our room. Upon arriving back in our room late that night after a concert, we still didn't have any and we had to make another trip down to the front desk. Just way too many inconveniences for such a nice expensive hotel.
