I was charge more then they should to my CC. I called and let them know that I understand the $ for the valet parking, but what was the extra $ charge for? He told me it was for restaurant...WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AT THE HOTEL AT ALL.

The services was very bad. I asked for towels in three different occasions and I only received small towels. The room was not very clean. No housekeeping services. I spoke with Alfonso, he was rude and informed me that I needed to request services before 10:00am, this was around 11:00am. I wont visit this hotel again. I remember asking a staff to help me with something and I was told that "he was not on the clock" so disappointed. This hotel need more diversity workers.

We went to check in at 12:10pm , but the check in time was 3pm. Staff could have gotten a room clean and ready for us in 30 to 45 min. Even though she was checking in other people around that time , she made us wait the whole 3 hours and checked us in at 3pm. Since the checkout time was before noon, she could have coordinated with housekeeping and got a room cleaned much earlier.

The property is ok. But my daughter forgot a kindle in the room, and we tried to call the hotel to see if they found it and if we can get it back. They are not reachable by phone. If you would like to make a reservation they transfer you to the agency, but if

My wife and I had a great visit. We really enjoyed the hotel although my parking pass wouldn’t let me out at the end of my visit and I had to pay $30 to get out because no one could let me out.

Very clean. Nice staff. Breakfast closes very early. A weird design to the building, noisy location as it’s in the center of town. In front of bus terminal.
