挺新的，這個出乎意料，因為新，所以設施和衞生都不錯，房間也很寬敞。位置環境的話，除了離機場近，其他一無是處，服務業也談不上

No coffee in the room. Had a bad smell. Noise all night. No extra toothbrushes available. The shuttle was a long wait in comparison to other hotels.

I will not rent this hotel or this location in Charlotte North Carolina again smh the coffee maker had mold in the water area thank goddess I seen it, I try to call the front office and it wasn’t a phone line connected to the phone I left the phone up and no cord so I call with my cell phone to get assistance. It not a experience I want to face again sorry. Not trying to make this hotel look bad it really does look how I’m telling it.

Stayed at hotel after we missed our connecting flight. There were many delays and cancellations so there was a rush to the hotel shuttle and registration desk. Staff were friendly and patient as the handled the influx of people. Room was clean.

Last minute flight rebooking left us with nowhere to go for the night. Our stay here served its purpose comfortably. Good customer service, quick check in, clean & comfy beds, clean showers. Overall a great experience.

If youre looking for a cheap place just to stay for a night or 2, it's fine. At a glance, its clean. If you look for issues you'll find them. A roach on the counter 2nd morning and moldy/dusty air vents. Could be worse. Across the parking lot is the gentlemans club, not an oceanside view but not a dumpster I guess. We were incorrectly charged an extra $418, but its being taken care of by a front desk employee (a gentleman) who was amazing. He made a phone call for me and gave me everything i needed to handle it. I emailed the manager regarding the situation, and complimenting her employee and havent heard back (it is the weekend). So overall, it could be worse. But it definitely could have been a little cleaner...

They were having a hard time because of a big storm, but Wi-Fi wasn't working and they assigned my room to a couple after I had already checked in. The couple opened the door while I was asleep on the bed and it was very uncomfortable. Not a good part of town.
