Was placed in a easy location to get to and leave from. It has numerous shopping areas and restaurants

Hotel was aight lil out dated but all in all was okay. Definitely close to a lot of activity though.

I had no phone in my room we have to keep asking for towels. The lightning in the room was poor. TV was not user friendly. The night staff we nicknamed Glen had poor customer service. Trying to watch the football game the Sattilite knocked out. The entire place was just dirty. The taxi service that parked out front, Alvin was calling us dem black people thinking we were not going to pay thd fee he charged. He did not have a card machine. We barely had cash with us. The was closed, the restaurant closed at 11.30 good luck to us if we are late raisers. I will not stay at this place no more

It was convenient to what we needed. AC wasn’t working in our original room. It took them a while but they finally got us a new room. All in all it was fine for an overnight stay.

Check in was very easy. I was disappointed that after a long day, the bar was closed as I was looking forward to a glass of wine. Staff was polite.
Unable to get breakfast.
Front desk no bar or dining Mondays and Tuesdays.
Overall disappointed but room was ok.

It’s a safe property but because it’s not only tourist it feels a little unsafe.. It convenient if your there for work because it’s close to everything..

Staff was nice, no amenities were open including the onsite bar and restaurant. Hotel must have been a beauty in her day but she’s a little ragged now.

I love enjoyed my stay at Windward Passage. With the exception of some loud guest and not being able to get a late checkout to safe my life, everything was good. Comfortable beds, safe and secure grounds with a convenient location of downtown St.Thomas.
