Hotel is very clean and has charm. Beds were comfy. Someone is trying with the curtains and bed assemble but needs some maintenance done to rooms..ceilings, lights, baseboards, showers. . Hairdryer didn't work, light in bathroom flickered, no shampoo etc just little bars of soap. Coffee maker but bring your own coffee. There was a small refrig/freezer in room. Breakfast was good. I think I would rebook but bring the amenities it lacked.

There were several negatives including wet floors (in my room) especially after a storm. There are many stairs to get to most rooms, The bed must be changed, The TV is mostly subscription stations. Free parking is very limited.
On the plus side, a good breakfast was provided and the room was cleaned daily.

It was fine for a should night before moving on. Pool and patio area was very nice. Bed and pillow was uncomfortable and the A/C was too loud to use. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again for a quick night but not more than that.

Everybody was very helpful and nice. They helped us get taxis when needed, and suggested beaches and travel options. They helped us with clean towels every day. Breakfast was great and fast service every morning. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. We really appreciated the service we received and had a good time. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the air and view

This is within walking distance to downtown, and we knew it wasn’t top notch, but expected it to be a bit better. Faucets leak, towels are very thin, doorknobs are broken, one hanger. No cable tv. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is a disappointment-so many jewelry stores, few local art/craft stores, and it all goes by the cruise ship schedule. Next time I would stay in Red Hook.

Satisfactory place for one of the cheaper options on the island. Upsides are having a pool, restaurant on site, central location, strong AC, and free breakfast. Downsides are there were a lot of mosquitoes in my room upon arrival, the electronic key didn’t lock the room door, toilet seat was cracked which made it uncomfortable to sit on, and I got the impression that the front desk had other jobs at various other locations which made it hard to reach them when needed. Not a bad choice, but not the best either.

Easy check in. Loved my room with huge balcony with view of the city and the bay. Resterant was delicious. Parking is the only issue if you have a car.
