Knights Inn Charleston West Virginia

We arrived late after our original hotel we booked gave our room to another guest and left us with nothing. This was the only hotel with availability under $300 for ONE night, so we decided to give it a try. Definitely out dated, however, the bed was clean, a/c worked great, shower was nice although the water didn’t get too hot(it was warm enough for me to enjoy my shower). Other than being outdated and in need of several makeovers, our room was not bad. I wouldn’t want to stay for multiple days, but for one night, it was tolerable. May not be the best choice if you are traveling with littles due to all of the outdated things. Looks a little sketchy on the outside too

Its definitely time to up grade bedding, new furnishings, pretty much everything needs updated

Very old building with very old furniture and beds. The bed actually had some sort of hole in the mattress. It was about 3ft in diameter and about 4 inches deep. Didn’t pull back the bedding to research.

Price and location were what I was looking for and it did have thise

Great place for the price. Clean friendly and convenient.

Restaurants nearby. Friendly check in and clean rooms

Cheap and cheesy, this place is shabby, but it's clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the mini fridge worked much better than average. Honestly, I felt safer and cleaner there than in many higher priced motels. It was fine for one night, though I probably won't stay there again.

Adequate Basic and adequate. Room was reasonably clean but in need of a thorough updating -- for example, the bathroom door and doorframe were both a bit banged up, sink drained very slowly. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, both of which are nice to have, but the refrigerator needs defrosting. Sheets and towels were clean. New-ish carpet. A channel guide for the TV would have been nice. Worth the price, which is the lowest around.

The guy working the front desk was rude and wouldn't check us in because my boyfriend pulled on a locked door by accident
