Great Stay. Location wise, mostly walking distance around downtown even capitol market. Very convenient. Cleanliness is good. Wifi is good. Many commented about hot water unavailable. But its alright. Its warm water. Good enough to have refreshing shower during winter. Breakfast, basic American Breakfast which is fine for what price we pay.

The overall experience was great. The hotel was mostly clean. The air conditioning in our room was in working order however it was busted up some. The bathroom however left much to be desired. It looked like an old hotel had a slum-lord special. The bath tub was cracked in a few places and the toilet didn't have a seat that fit, it only covered half of the toilet. It also had a 6 inch shelf sticking out from behind it that made it uncomfortable. I would stay here again just because it's in such close proximity to Women's and Children's and its fairly clean other than the bathrooms ran down looking.

Good location, good front desk service, clean rooms, lacked hot water in shower, very unreliable wifi service, could not get internet on 6th floor.

The hotel was clean and furnishing were nice. The beds though are too high. The commode was the usual height and seem low.
The staff was very helpful.
My family enjoyed your breakfast -food with nice choices

Had 1 tv channel and front desk said maintenance was gone for the day. Cant fix it or give a discount

Overall it was a good experience. I had read about the elevators and although we didn’t experience long wait times they were a bit of a needed upgrade. It was noisy with sirens and someone decided to honk their horn in the parking lot for 30 minutes at 5:30am. Would definitely stay again but again noisy then where we usually stay.

great location and great price. the only gripe would be the cleanliness of the bathtub: it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't spotless. a little soap grime that was unpleasant after a long flight and needing a hot bath to soak in.

Needs updated and worked on. 1 out of three elevators worked. Not a great neighborhood. If there is an event at the Clay Center, patrons of this event use the hotel parking lot, leaving little parking for guests.

The hotel staff was wonderful.
My room had paint peeling from the wall in the bathroom but otherwise was clean.
DO NOT stay in a room on the side of the postal service. I was awake from 2 am on with them loading the trucks and holloring.
