Atendimento excelente, parabéns!! Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Mesa e cadeira boa, ideal para quem viaja a trabalho. Café da manhã, muito bom e com restaurante funcionando para o jantar .
Recomendo.

Pelo valor oferece pouco, chuveiro com orifícios entupidos, jato não direcionado, péssimo sinal de internet onde fiquei (não é a primeira vez), tv a cabo caindo sinal o tempo todo e não sei se há diferença entre quartos de fumante ou não, mas havia alguém fumando no quarto ao lado, como tem espaço em baixo da porta meu quarto ficou impregnado com fumaça, tive que deixar a janela aberta pra poder diminuir o cheiro durante a madrugada.

Boa localizacao, hotel comfortavel e limpo. Cafe da manha sofrivel, pao amanhecido, salgadinhos nao estavam quente...estavam gelado...

Ótimo hotel, localização privilegiada, estacionamento no próprio local, atendimento personalizado e atenciosos. Café da manhã organizado e variado. Atendentes fizeram ótima recomendação para jantar próximo ao hotel, podendo ir a pé. Cidade de Chapecó muito segura.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao centro de Chapecó, onde esta os principais bares e restaurantes, atendimento muito bom dos funcionários, quarto confortável e café da manhã excelente, a piscina e muito pequena e não tem estrutura , sem cadeiras e guarda Sol.

Ótima localização. Ambientes limpos. Quarto aconchegante. Cama boa. Ar condicionado do quarto não estava em boas condições. Banho bom. Café da manhã razoável. Equipe da recepção prestativa e solícita, mas mal informada quanto à dinâmica do hotel e sobre o básico da cidade.
