Hotel situated in the west yuan street where there are alot street foods and touristy area. Walking distance to the river where the light performance every night.
In general the room is quite big and bed is comfortable.
The negative part is the room noise partition is not good. People at the reception who talks loudly can be heard in the room

Great location. Hosts are helpful and they provide a very useful guide of where to go and eat in chaozhou. However the room not very big and it is cold in winter .

地理位置超棒，對面是開元寺，隔壁是牌坊街，附近小吃很多，晚上能看燈光秀。客棧房間通風好，明亮，乾淨衞生，配置也齊全。前台小妹熱情好客，態度很好。體驗不錯，下次出差還住這裏。

房間簡潔明亮，古城入口邊，進出很方便，唯一不足就是配套停車位極少，停車難，而且開車進入酒店的路線是單行道，行人與汽車還有電動自行車、三輪車混行其中，速度極慢，像蝸牛一般，從莞甬高速出口到古城停車場花了整整一個半小時

論位置極佳，非常接近牌坊街及開元寺，外出遊覽及找食群非常方便，只是打車不能停在附近，需要步行一段距離才可上車。
而民宿另一不足之處是位於三樓卻沒有電梯，房間內沒有冰箱，且房間隔音功能弱(特別是靠近接待處，如有住客在此品茶或相聚，聲浪在房間也可清晰聽到，而在晚上更會影響入睡)，幸好之後民宿調動房間，問題尚算改善!
此外，房間沒有茶葉供應，而職員很樂意按本人提出要求後提供茶葉，不過茶杯並非天天清洗，可能職員人手不足之故。

對面就是開元寺。走幾步就到牌坊街。窗在走廊上，基本不通風，還不隔音。衞生一般般。想加錢升級四樓的房間又説不行。好吵，整晚都沒睡。總有不同的住客説話。隔音超差，聲音好大，一個晚上沒睡着。。六點竟然還裝修動工了，，無語之下衹能 一大早退房去吃早餐 。不評論了，以後都不來了。一晚沒睡，好折磨

服務還行，但房間太差了。3樓沒電梯，房間不隔音不密封，一天24小時能聞到樓道里煙味，樓道里但凡有個人走動就是噪音。衞生間永遠不會乾燥，馬桶前永遠有灘水。同樣價位古城路有的是好民宿。

優點：衞生乾淨，被子枕頭舒服；離馬路有幾十米，樓下是開元廣場停車場，但也安靜不吵；房間窗户正對開元寺，風景很不錯，窗台有榻榻米茶藝桌，泡壺茶，吃外賣小吃，感覺很好👍；位置在牌坊街中間位置，去周邊景點，打卡西馬路小吃街都非常方便👍；前台小姑娘很熱情，介紹推薦景點小吃，幫忙拿外賣，提供紙質版攻略。
不足：是尾房，房間比隔壁同户型小好多，標28平方，這間內籠面積約18平方；智能馬桶🚽衹能沖馬桶，其他智能功能都用不了，估計早壞了；空調暖氣開到30度也基本不出熱風，估計要補雪種。
