This hotel is within walking distamce from the train station, a big plus since I came in late and wanted to bypass the shady taxis there. Front desk person was asleep when I arrived, but checked me in. Room was fine, with a comfortable bed.

The stay was very great. The room was mostly clean and tidy. The room size is big enough especially for the bathroom. The bed was clean and big with very comfortable pillows that helped me to sleep very well. The reception was very nice and gentle which provided me very homelike feeling. I had chance to enjoy the breakfast as well. There were plenty of choice for breakfast varying from noodles, breads, fruit, Tofu soup and different soft drinks. The tofu soup was my favorite which brought me a feeling of Jiangsu deli. In general, I feel very satisfied with this stay and will come back again.

前台服務蠻好的，還送我們免費的橙汁飲料。酒店裝修還可以吧，房間衞生情況也不錯，但是房間沒放洗澡的涼拖（這個也是我們沒反映，畢竟也就住倆天），電視小且開不了機，燈有亮不了的，不知道是不是就這個假燈設計👐🏻。點外賣還是蠻方便的，對面就是高鐵站，而且晚上也不會吵。總體來説還是很不錯，我們來看音樂節的，對硬件設施沒那麼多要求。

來常州看演出，第二天早上要趕車，房間很大，床睡的也很舒服，離地鐵站賊近，站在博愛路地鐵口都能看到酒店的招牌，離車站也很近 幾百米的距離，出行很方便，很適合需要趕早上的車的時候住，前台服務也很好，很專業，入住退房啥的都很快

位置就在火車站附近，這次陪孩子來太湖音樂節，酒店服務員很熱情，早餐種類雖然簡單但是口味尚可，酒店對面就是地鐵，離天寧寺，青果巷都很近，可以步行

酒店地理位置優越，離常州站步行10分鐘。服務開始很好，看我帶孩子還給升級了房間，客房服務員也很熱情。我連住兩天，退房前晚和前台預約了發票，也提出了要延遲到13:30退房並得到同意。然而退房當天中午12點多回來後，1）房卡無法打開門，12樓帶着孩子上下跑了三次，這是讓我坐電梯玩嗎？最終還是叫了保潔來開的門；2）住兩天衹給開了一天的發票，要求補開還需要再次掃碼，還是前台的熟手提示新人衹需要按前一天已開發票的訊息複製即可。前台是酒店的門面，能否培訓好再上崗？
