1 hour away from Busan Airport, there is an exhibition center and a shopping mall nearby. Some interesting statute in front of hotel gate. No so crowded in the hotel and shopping mall.

For the price I would have expected the rooms to be a little nicer. The beds are comfortable though, and the breakfast is quite good. The location is really quite good next to a shopping center, so there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite or coffee.

화장실이 벽이 아닌 점과 책상만 있고 테이블이 없어서 친구랑 밥 먹기가 불편했어요
시설 무난하고 편의시설 근처에 많아서 편리했습니다

房間整潔乾淨.駐窗的城景區非常好看，夜晚的景色特別美……購物商城🈶️吃吃吃買買買特方便的，交通也十分便利……值得重複入住

역이랑 차로 10분 정도 거리가 있었습니다! 자쿠지 있는 방으로 배정 받았는데 시간이 없어서 사용해보지는 못했어요!.. 하지만 전체적인 방 컨디션과 뷰 모두 만족스럽습니다

깨끗하고 서비스 친절하고 좋아요 ! 주변에 스타벅스에다가 이것저것 맛집?이 많아서 좋더라구요 ㅎㅎ 통창인 뷰도 좋고 만족스러워서 또 가려구요 :) 단 하나콘센트 꽂을 곳이 별로 없어서 아쉬워요 … ㅎㅎ

本人真從來沒有給過差評，但是這個酒店真的是令人無語…價格貴，房間很小，設施很舊，頭一回碰到5星酒店還不提供牙刷牙膏！！！
5星的價格連青旅的服務都不如…

這個酒店主打商務，但是無論硬件還是軟件都有點差！
首先硬件，酒店房間內部裝修都是以黑色為主，很Cool，但是酒店不捨得安裝足夠的燈光，所以晚上回到酒店，房間非常暗！如果想在房間辦公處理工作的話，太費眼了！
房間的衞生間緊挨着床頭，入住第一天發現馬桶不下水，通知前台來維修，後來倒是下水痛快了，但是馬桶一直漏水，過一會就水槽上水，發出噪聲，晚上睡覺很吵！
再説軟件，週六洗衣服務衹到上午10:30，我早飯後8:10通知來取洗衣，對方答應馬上來，一直等到10:10都沒人來，再次打電話，對方告訴我今天的洗衣服務已經到點結束了，我聲明8點多已經通知過了，對方説確認一下，3分鐘後電話過來，説馬上安排人過來取。又是等啊等，到10:40還沒人來，衹能第三次打電話，這次才終於有人來去了。
這次我商務出差這麼多年，第一次遇到這麼過分的事情！跟他們酒店的星級、跟酒店的價格完全不匹配啊！
