這是我第二次入住，特意通過攜程預訂的。本來計劃當天下午兩點入住的，後來因上午十點就提前到，所訂房型還沒退房。前台服務員考慮到當時正下大雨，我也不便出去玩，就主動為我換了房型讓我及時入住了。非常感謝！

晚上九點多到酒店告訴前台攜程預訂，並且預留房間的，聽服務員支支吾吾半天沒説一句完整的話瞬間明白，得，又忘了預留了，我説你別好像大概可能，我是下了訂單就讓攜程聯繫你們酒店備註預留房間的，然後服務員之間一陣竊竊私語，一個服務員告訴我中午把我的房間誤操作退了，再讓我付錢入住，我説為什麼給我退訂？為什麼沒有人告訴我？我的訂單顯示一切正常，還讓我再付錢，我沒搭理這個重複付錢的茬，然後服務員給開了兩個房間，美其名曰是給你們預留房間的，從我進酒店到我拿到房卡，沒有一點兒地方讓我覺得這是酒店該有的服務，上樓到房間後真是笑不活了，有着跟正常窗户一樣大的落地大窗簾，結果拉開一看好一個迷你小窗，哈哈，誰能想象窗户如下圖大小，扣着正常房間一樣的金額，給了我一個不知幹嘛的房間，還有我備註遠離電梯，給了我一間挨着電梯的房間，遠離尾房，給我協調房間的時候讓我看的是尾房，就是讓客人不爽的服務態度真是絕了！由於還有家人在這個酒店入住，由於酒店説沒有房間了，來來回回給攜程發訊息不知道打了多少個電話，在攜程的協調下，給我退了這個房間的房費，雖然如此，但我還是覺得不爽，本來可以很早睡覺，結果解決問題導致晚上十二點還沒睡覺，在外跑了一天，已經很累了，訂酒店就是為了好好休息，結果更累，就為處理一些不該發生的問題，希望酒店好好管理管理，維也納國際怎麼説也是連鎖酒店，管理的差距怎麼就那麼大呢？這家酒店的管理體制在哪裡？你們這樣幹太不負責任了！
八點多吃早餐的路上，在電梯口遇到一個光着膀子抽煙的大俠，酒店也無人問津，沒人管，到餐廳發現已經空盤了，也沒人添加，牛奶和橙汁都是沖泡的，太難喝！然後隨便吃了一碗粉就退房了。這就是住這個酒店的體驗……還沒説完，但是已經不想説了……維也納國際如果再這樣下去，就是要黃的節奏。

房間比較大，衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度好，晚上還會送綠豆湯～酒店位置在市中心區，去哪都方便。 下次繼續入住。

這次住過最有禮貌的一個酒店，我得充電器落在酒店，工作人員打電話給我，還主動問我地址給我郵寄過來，真的非常感謝！！！！嗚嗚嗚~~感動感動

視野非常好，整體環境非常不錯，是個出差旅行的好選擇，位於市區裏，周邊吃很方便，服務態度非常好，前台很熱心！

捲煙廠維也納房間設施地段都好，前台服務相比其他品牌酒店較弱，早餐也很一般，電梯很慢等的時間較久，拋開這些維也納還是個不錯的選擇。

設施：不算很新，不是全自動的，但也沒有很老！！！！
衞生：衞生還不錯吧，哈哈哈哈，還有進步空間！🤩🤩🤩
環境：門口修路找了半天怎麼進去，腦殼發暈，也比較窄！！！！
服務：服務還不錯，前台還是蠻專業的，比很多長沙的酒店好！
自助早餐般般子，粉還可以，但是遠觀的更好吃，不過總體蠻舒服的，離小吃街也很近！
