Rude staff, very smelly rooms , living room was very small and only one toilet for 5 adults in the apartment is not acceptable. There no one in the reception after 9PM and as tourist if you need any help there is no there . Please guys don’t waste your money on this unhygienic place where customers are spoken to very rudely. There is no option for 0 rating !! That’s what I would give them

Very nice place for families with children. A little disappointed with their hot tub as they call it a jacuzzi. It was more of the like warm water pool but there was sauna and the steam room to make up for the hot tub lack off. Shame you have to pay for these separately. Staff, location, cleanness of the place were in great shape.

Positives: Staff are fantastic, place is very clean, transport links are great.
Negatives: very noisy, rooms facing the road is almost impossible to sleep due to people arriving all night and the noise from the road through the windows and balcony door.

The room was very nice and it was all perfect until it got cold Friday nite and we could not get the heat to work. We asked 4 times but only one of the people at the front desk could reset the control on the wall and that happened mid Saturday. The staff apologized repeatedly. The parking spaces were below the building and so we rode the free bus to town. The internet would not reconnect if you left the room for the day. We got emails a few days before, while we were still in the US, for precheckin phone number. We didn't get a French phone number until we were in France so we had to call the hotel from the US. I think most of the patrons here are from France so that precheckin works for them.

The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. Breakfast was ok but very over priced. The pool was nice, but freezing, and the whole pool area could do with a good clean.

This is a modern apartment in Les Tines. We stayed here for two nights before moving to Chamonix. The goods: - Big clean apartment with a kitchenette - Next to the train and bus stops - Easy access to nearby trails - La Joux climbing wall is not far The bads: - Right next to the railway. However the trains are not running during night. And they pass only one an hour and do not really bother. - There are no services around. No supermarket and only one restaurant.

I found hair pieces on the corners of the room. Also i was charged extra for cleaning service that I expected to be part of the booking charge.

The biggest disappointment was the level of cleanliness. The mattress protectors were filthy and obviously hadn’t been changed for a while, the floor was dirty, the bedroom wardrobe (the only storage space you do have so have to live out of suitcases) also housed the dirty bucket, brooms etc you are meant to hang your clothes in with them! Cups chipped, the extractor fan for the toilet came off the wall and hit my husband on the head when we switched it on. Communal areas absolutely filthy, our balcony gutters were full of matted dog hair, the list goes on! The ‘Spa’ half of which was out of order is an additional cost. The only plus side was the pool for the children and the staff were friendly. We have stayed in much better in the area for the same price. The whole place feels dated and seems to have lost its sense of identity/quality. Also, there is not a single amenity that you can walk to, you have to drive/bus/train to anywhere! You would have thought the hotel would therefore provide some form of access to snacks, drinks etc.!
