The lovely spring fed pond is to the left, and has seating area. Swim/watersports at your own risk. Floats & kayak available. Be responsible for your own life jackets & adult supervision. Catch and release fishing. There are a couple of poles & gear. The newly built cabin is all wood inside and out! It’s very spacious with an open design perfect for get togethers, as well as corporate retreats! The spacious private porch has rockers, and and a great view of the one acre pond. As you enter into the main room, the large master bedroom is to the right, with a king size bed, and 2 queen size beds, a 55” Roku tv, and a bow flex elliptical, and weight bands, so you don’t have to miss your workouts. Attached is a large bathroom with antique claw foot tub and large tile shower. The large main room is the kitchen, bar/stools, dining table/chairs, 62” Rolu tv, sectional sofa. There is also a trundle daybed that is 2 twin size beds. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and also has an attached bathroom with tub/tile shower combo. The laundry room is to the left of the big room. The attached garage isn’t accessible. Feel free to explore & hike the trails. A volleyball court is by the cabin. There is also badminton, and lighted corn hole. High speed internet, Roku channels, Netflix and other streaming and dvd player, X Box & lots of games, & lots of board games. 6 person hot tub & fire pit out back with provided wood, charcoal grill. The cabin is Door Dash & Uber Eats, & Instacart deliverable.Guest accessEnjoy exploring the whole property, the creek, the mountain trails, pond, volleyball court, and more. This cabin & hot tub is privately located, and unseen from the main house we live in….1000 feet up the hill, up driveway. Other things to noteThe house and pond are powered by our natural spring, so, in the second bedroom, you can hear the water flow/pump (while running water), so, there is a spa sound machine with several sound settings to enjoy a perfect night’s sleep. Small events are allowed, but must be approved before booking. Additional fees are required. Small day events with a max of 30 people (10 overnight guests only), will be an additional $500. All events must be approved, and subject to additional fees, which will be agreed upon, and paid upon booking. Just 11 miles west of Spring Hill, 19 miles south of downtown Franklin and 40 miles south of downtown Nashville, this home sits on 6 acres of wooded and cleared land. Breathtaking views, easy access to shopping and restaurants, yet you have a beautiful starry view of the clear night sky unobstructed by city lights. No loud parties allowed. No access to shed. Bug spray highly recommended. Ticks and chiggers are prevelant during warm weather months.Main level has 3 bedrooms; one of which has a futon and is set up as an office with a writing desk. The master has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and has 2 twin beds. Sofa in living room can sleep 2 or 3 people as well (not a sleeper sofa but can be used if needed to sleep).Note: this is a remote location. Cell service is virtually non-existent. There is high speed internet via Starlink however, so wi-fi calls are the way to go.
