We were in Cervia for the Ironman in Italy We had 2 dinners at the hotel although we did not stay there. The fresh pasta melted in your mouth and was beautifully arranged on a nice platter. The second meal was hamburger that was perfect. The staff was amazing as well. We would love to come back

The hotel is bright, modern, elegant and simple at the same time. Breakfast was served on the balcony by professional young waiters and was varied. The location is perfect for the beach and also the pine forest. It met all our expectations and we will certainly come back.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questa struttura, l' hotel è risultato estremamente pulito e la stanza in cui eravamo era praticamente nuova, segno che l' hotel è stato ristrutturato recentemente, Aggiungiamo l' ottima qualità dei servizi e del cibo che hanno portato un raggio di sole in giornate risultate purtroppo piovose.

Eravamo stati in questo hotel anni fa su consiglio di amici e ci eravamo trovati veramente bene! La cosa che ci ha fatti tornare è stato il fatto che abbiano rifatto i bagni e soprattutto il ricordo del cibo abbondante e di qualità con ampia scelta con un buffet spettacolare da colazione a cena. Ma ahimè, che delusione, tutto ridimensionato, piatti ricercati ma solo sulla carta, quantità scarsa e che non rispecchia la rinomata cucina romagnola. Tre stelle sono anche troppe, parlando con altri clienti l’opinione era condivisa ed è stata la fine di un grande ricordo. Avevamo consigliato questo hotel ad amici ma anche loro sono stati poco contenti soprattutto della cucina, ma si sa che le cose cambiano. Anche il prezzo è troppo alto per questo hotel. La titolare può facilmente cambiare rotta e far ritornare i clienti in Romagna, quella vera.

Ottimo hotel. Abbiamo trascorso una Vacanza vera. Personale gentile e preparato, stanze pulite e moderne, bella struttura, cibo ottimo (da ristorante di alto livello), diversi servizi, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima esperienza, tutti molto gentili ed accoglienti, sempre disponibili ad aiutare il cliente, cucina SUPERLATIVA, ottima pulizia. Cosa chiedere di meglio ? PS. Bravi anche a gestire un cliente polacco molto maleducato, persona sgradevole ed aggressiva. Bravi ottima professionalità. Consigliatissimo

Sono stata benissimo, la stanza gabbiano in terrazza è spettacolare e tutto il servizio è stato impeccabile, a partire dalle pulizie, lo staff in sala, la cucina e la reception. E' stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole e sicuramente vi terrò presente per i prossimi soggiorni a Cervia. Non ci sono note negative da segnalarvi, forse l'unica è il materasso della stanza in cui si sentivano molto le molle, ed era abbastanza una cosa fastidiosa. Ma al di là di ciò, che comunque non ha disturbato troppo il mio sonno, il mio soggiorno è stato veramente top! Un caro saluto a tutti e ancora grazie per avermi coccolato!

Un Soggiorno da ricordare... Un ringraziamento ai camerieri per l'attenzione e la disponibilità... alla titolare che si prende cura di ogni tua esigenza... Alle ragazze della reception gentili e particolarmente attente nel loro lavoro... alla signora delle pulizie che fa trovare le camere sempre pulite e sistemate. E un grazie alla cucina... allo chef per i piatti spettacolari alla vista e al gusto... tutti buoni! Siamo capitati in questo hotel per caso... e sicuramente ritorneremo...ci ha lasciato un bel ricordo in tutto e per tutto! Buon lavoro a tutti per questa fine estate... saluti al prossimo anno 🤗
