酒店很棒，4月還開着暖氣，很舒服很温暖，工作人員很熱情，來看風箏節，還幫我們準備攻略，房間也很乾凈，早餐也不錯。

Such a fantastic hotel: the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to go the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable and special. We went with our 1-year old daughter and the room, food and overall experience was absolutely amazing! The rooms are very clean and the large swimming pool is a gem. Special mention to the chef and the maitre d’ for the outstanding cuisine and service.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The hotel is excellent, the food and service is exceptional! It also has a great swimming pool and is literally a 5 min walk to the beach.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days with 2 kids. The room was very small and there was no space for the luggages or just moving. The Hotel has a small lift and it was very slow so most of the people decided to go by stair even if they were at the 3rd or 4th floor. Bicycles were very poor and old. No other services were offered. But the worst was absolutely the food! Even at meals or at breakfast! It was not fresh, they served cold dishes and of low quality. No dessert was offered and fruit was really old and bad. Bread was moldy. Breakfast really poor and hot drinks bad and cold. Industrial cakes of bad quality. Some waiters were slow and of bad moods. I wouldnot recommend this hotel to anyone even if the position was good.

Great hotel and absolutely AMAZING staff. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left… (eventually as we kept staying an extra night) the whole experience was great. Lovely breakfast too. The best Bar Manager i have ever met and the incredible Concierge are deserving of a special mention as is the lovely lady who cleaned or room every morning. And the man who works tirelessly parking the cars, sorting the pool and taking care of your luggage. He is everywhere always busy doing something but always with a smile. To sum it up, my partner is going back with her 2 teenage children in a week’s time as it was so good.

At first glance, the hotel needs a revamp. But after staying here for a week, it was everything we needed. Staff very helpful, efficient and good English.
Rooms / bathroom, very big, spacious and clean. Fresh towels etc supplied every day.
Good location.
Would have liked more selection at breakfast but the waiters were very accommodating and made us an omelette every morning.
Would recommend.

Camera vista mare con ampie vetrate e bagno stupendo. Colazione TOP per qualità e varietà. La piscina è molto grande ed è bella la zona verde intorno, molto curata. Non è direttamente sul mare ma non ci sono strade da attraversare. Posizione strategica per andare a piedi sia in centro a Milano marittima che a cervia

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato due notti, siamo andati via questa mattina... Che dire? Ricorderemo questa esperienza soprattutto per il personale super gentile e disponibile! La colazione è a buffet ed è molto abbondante. Abbiamo cenato in albergo, pienamente soddisfatti della qualità.

Sono venuta in questo albergo fuori stagione per lavoro, il personale è professionale, accogliente, preparato,attento ad ogni esigenza e molto molto gentile. L’albergo è abbastanza pulito ma un po’ vecchiotto però vince il rapporto umano su tutto. Come a casa!
