Keraton at The Plaza, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

My second stay at Keraton at The Plaza, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, was even more memorable than the first. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the entire space felt beautifully refined—from the elegant bedroom and spacious bathroom to the sophisticated interiors and impressive city views. The hotel also prepared a thoughtful gift for me, making the stay feel even more personal and exclusive. Every detail reflected effortless luxury, while the impeccable service made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest. Keraton at The Plaza has easily become my favourite place to stay in Jakarta. Whenever I return to the city, this will continue to be my first choice—and certainly a hotel I will keep recommending to everyone🤍

Hotel, room (especially the bathroom), dining. Loved it. Throughout my stay there were renovation works on the floor above mine. It was noisy at that time. But I am fine as those are needed to be done. I’ll certainly come back to stay here. It’s becoming one of my favorite hotels to stay in, when in Jakarta.

I enjoyed my stay at Keraton. The room is spacious. There were some issues during my stay but the staff handled it well. The service could be improved. Overall I may return to this hotel again for their full board service (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner).

Had an amazing experience for one day staycation. Overall, they delivered best service ranging from room, amenities, food (exceptionally stand out). With the price around USD200 including bfast, lunch and dinner it would cover all the experience you need. However, i stayed with the view of unfinished construction building that reduce the good experience and could not change the room with the same type.

I love everything about Keraton. Keraton feels personal. Their staff will attend and know every each of you. Stay 3 nights and absolutely will come back to Keraton. My room had an issue with the bathtub. I reported to the receptionist, and when i returned to the hotel, they alr fixed the issue & they wrote apology letter with the chocolates. The next day breakfast, their Asst Manager come to apologise to us personally bcs of the issue.

Exceptional service from the staff! Thank you Wanda from concierge offering recommendation for restaurants and massage! Opt for full board, every menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner wowed us! Every menu was well curated with western and Indonesian dishes! The room was huge with comfy mattresses and pillows! Curtains were remote controlled and bonus was the smart tv. Huge bathtub that comes with bath salt! This has been one of the best hotel stays ever!
